Today, I noticed blue half off price tags listed as ITC under select items. I asked an employee what was ITC. He explained that its a Harbor Freight membership club called "Inside Track Club" and for $29.99 customers can join to receive deep discounts. Basically, if you buy a $60.00 item and get half off it would pay you back the cost of the membership.

I really love the holiday season and I could have definitely spent more time here just looking at everything but I had a mission to accomplish. I headed over to the refrigerator section and spent a good amount of time here just looking and comparing prices and features. While I was looking 3 different employees offered to help, but not in an annoying "I need the commission" kind of way but more like " I'm here if you need me" kind of way. After looking I still wanted to compare to Home Depot prices and offerings so I took a drive over there since it's only a couple of miles from Lowe's. I wasn't wowed by anything there so back to Lowe's I went. I tried not to get sidetracked by the holiday stuff again (it didn't work) and I picked the refrigerator I wanted. Checkout was super easy and I was excited to great that I got another 10% off the already marked down price! Lowe's is known for all their home improvement materials and I could see why. They have departments for literally every thing you can imagine from gardening to lighting, etc.

Terrible experience. They withhold information about their offers, they give false advertising and…read morethey deceive their customers. No wonder the stores are almost empty. They have a sign that says you will get 12 months with no interest if you spend $299 or more in a product. They they also tell you to apply for their store card and you will get 20% off, up to $100 credit back. They are promoting two totally different offers and then they say you cannot apply both. AFTER they check your credit and leave you stuck with a Lowes card that you wouldn't have applied if it wasn't for the offer they advertised, they tell you that you cannot apply both offers. NO WHERE in the store or online it says it's one or the other... you only find this out after. How does that make sense? Not cool Lowes, I will never be buying with you again. If it wasn't because it would affect my credit AGAIN, I will close/cancel the card right now. If deceiving your customers is what you need in order to keep your stores opened, then keep it going cause it looks like you might be closing soon.

The person in charge of fulfilling my order, Julius, was equally incredible. Part of my ordered couldn't be fulfilled at the moment, so he made the necessary calls to find the items I needed in a store close by, and even made sure they set everything aside for me pick up later. The next I should up again to pick up a second order I had placed and they remembered me and treated me with the same courtesy they had done so the day prior. The mess was cleaned up and a new faucet was purchased. We had hoped to install it ourselves, but we couldn't get the connections through the top of the sink. She told me the cost and estimated time of completion (the guy who does that work is only there at certain times). I went, there was plenty of parking, the shop was clean and bonus: a cutie pie dog greets you! Everything was done on time, cost less than I anticipated and my knives are crazy sharp! This Home Depot is located in Weston right by the Rick Case Honda dealership. I was in the area and…read moredecided to stop by. I specifically needed material to fix the circulation on my dryer. We had someone come out and clean the air ducts and the way that the hose was connected from the dryer to the wall was not circulating properly. I needed a semi rigid dryer duct along with a dryer vent elbow piece to help give sufficient space between the dryer and wall connection. I had to ask for help because going to Home Depot is overwhelming. Alex was by the appliance accessories area where I was trying to find these items. He was proactive and saw I was inquiring about these pieces and guided me to another area where I could find the elbow piece. There was nobody at the aisle he guided me to so I went back to find him to see if he could assist further. He went ahead and walked with me to the area I needed to go to, and unfortunately, it was closed off at the time because they were trying to get something at the very top and closed off the aisle for safety of the customers while they did that. Alex said that he would call somebody to come help me specifically since this was not his department. But he was wonderful in going above and beyond and helping me when he didn't have to. Ramiro came by and informed the people guarding the closed aisle that he needed to go in real quick to get a piece for me. He showed me the elbow piece that I needed and help to answer any questions I had regarding these items. Both gentlemen were very helpful and patient. It's nice to encounter knowledgeable staff who is willing to assist and not just brush you off. Thanks guys! I really appreciate your help as I dislike going to Home Depot. While I was there, I also went to check out the plants in the garden area. I wish I could take care of my plants the way that they do here. Ha.

Home Depot has a key duplicate station. You have to get an…read moreassociate, and this time there were many associates around! So no issues hunting one down... that's where the good news ended. She made my duplicates and I left happy... then the keys didn't work. Sad face. Get into car, drive all the way back to get them fixed. Found another associate really fast and he was happy to re do the job and used the other machine (there's 2) so off I went again with my new duplicates... and again they didn't work. My old keys all work, so it's not the lock... idk. In all fairness I think the store now has more associates to help customers so that was great. The return service was also very fluid, I just need a place to make duplicates that work. Overall this Home Depot has been fast and service has been fair, so this is why it's my Go-To store when I have any home goods needs. I still need to get keys though...

He didn't know what we were talking about but another Associate who was close by heard us and said that he knew where they were. He brought us to the aisle where the ceiling fans are. We looked on the shelves but couldn't find it. The Associate wasn't giving up and asked us if we wanted to look somewhere else which we agreed to. I was very pleased with how helpful everyone was. Maybe the Big Boss was on premises? They had a large assortment of Hallowern decorations. Several were very elaborate. Right now they have a very good selection. They also had some good songs playing throughout the store. I found the three items I needed. The price on two of them was really fair. I will be coming to this Home Depot when I need something. I don't think I could have had a better experience.
