On October 1st I went to the store and selected my slab. I then notified Nelson about my selection. Now the amazing part. Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished. With that(she was helping me for about 20 min at this point) she says 'are you gonna want me to price anything else out I need to eat some lunch' She also referred to some of the things that I asked about as high end. She was rude condescending and obnoxious. Covid is no excuse for this behavior. My dog could do a better job! If I could give zero stars I would!
