I called One World and talked to Brian Puskas a partner in the company and he was able to get me a driver and car for that night to take us to the airport. The driver was at my house 15 mins early waiting outside in a brand new Mercedes S class car! The driver was friendly and very professional and got my family to the airport on time. After dropping my family off he drove me to a dinner meeting in Santa Monica & drove me home in total comfort and style. I also learned they have Sprinter Vans for large groups and buses that seat up to 40 people! I plan on renting a Sprinter Van to go to the Rose Bowl game ! He immediately took my bag and hoisted our checked bags off the baggage carousel for us. We followed him to a beautiful and clean town car and had a peaceful, comfortable and actually enjoyable ride home. Booking with Cesar was a breeze. The quote he provided for a chauffeur and SUV service per hour was a great value. We rented for 8 hours but we knew we'd go over the 8 hours after planning out our day. Cesar reassured me that it wasn't a problem and that he'll just bill me the difference after the trip. Cesar communicated with me over Yelp, over text, and email for the invoices. I paid half for a deposit and the remainder was due before the morning of our trip. I was a little hesitant at first to pay everything upfront but luckily it wasn't a scam lol. Everything was professional. Our driver, Jimmy, was prompt, courteous, and very friendly. He was also a very safe driver. He opened the doors for us and helped us out each time. Communicating with him via text was so easy. He'd drop us off as close as possible to the entrance of the venues and when we were ready to leave, one of us would simply text him ahead of time and he would be upfront waiting for us! We felt like VIP! The SUV we had was not the newest but the black-on-black (interior and exterior) and dark tinted windows was really nice. I loved that we had privacy on the road and that we didn't get sunlight beating on us inside. All 4 of us were comfortable and we loved that we each had a small area to put our phones down and USBs next to our seats to charge! We were also able to play our own music since there was an auxiliary cable available. Nice touch! We were so comfortable that we even enjoyed a quick power nap on the road. Winning!
