Besides the yelp reviews, I chose this car service based on how easy to use their website was. The drivers were super prompt, cars very clean and - most importantly- they realized my plane was way early (thank you jet stream) and were there waiting for me at baggage claim (yes, I was stressing a bit). LAX sucks. A car service drop off and pick up take that transportation stress aspect down. Worth every penny. read more

Driver arrived slightly before the pick up time and was respectful in letting me know he was there for whenever we were ready. We were able to leave 10 minutes early for the airport, which was awesome. He was an expert driver and got us to the airport safely and to the correct terminal. What a pleasure. A buddy gifted me a round trip ride from San Diego to LA for a Xmas party on 12/17-12/18/22. I love her btw. Armani picked me up promptly at noon, per my request. Dude was so cool. Young guy. A rapper from Chicago. We really hit it off. I'm one of those people who talks to people. I want to get to know you and hear about what you think. Plus, he shared his Krispy Kreme donuts with me! The two and a half hour drive seemed like it was ten minutes. Good conversation. I travel with fragile oxygen equipment and Armani was very protective of my stuff and gave my hotel bellhop direct instructions about handling my things which I really appreciated. Thanks Armani. The next day I wasn't scheduled to leave until 3:00 but I texted the company requesting a noon pickup. Immediate response. No problem. I had a business meeting scheduled for 11:00-12:00 that went long so at 11:45 I texted requesting a 2:00 pm pickup. Again. No problem! Great service. I'd actually asked that Armani bring me back to San Diego but he was already assigned to another client, so Jose arrived. Wow. Same thing as Saturday. Super friendly. Another awesome guy. Older, sophisticated, well-traveled, Jose shared some of his many cool life experiences with me. The drive was just as pleasant as the trip the day before. I gave a Jose Christmas gift when he dropped me off at home. (And felt guilty I didn't have a gift for Armani.) Thank you gentlemen. And thank you VIP Car Service. This is the best thing since popcorn. took them for a JT concert in LA in May and decided to book them for trip from OC TO LAX and back after our trip. JUST AMAZING being picked up and dropped off right outside our airline check in and then picked back up outside baggage claim going home to OC. We will never book a parking spot again ! read more

David picked us up from Sofi Stadium (a concert with 60,000 people!) and the pick up was seamless. Decided to go private car route instead of Uber from LAX because it seemed like a pain and I had a lot of luggage as a solo traveler. I knew it would be a bit more expensive, but comfort, cleanliness, professionalism, and bag help was my top priority during this transitional time of the pandemic. My return was from an international trip. I was worried about how long customs would take so I indicated my pick-up for 1.15 hours after landing. When I landed, I already had a text from their incredible driver Fred who was already waiting! I thought "damn that was earlier than I requested" but being that they know the patterns and monitor your flight, I felt that they knew something I didn't know. Welp, they did! LOL I was in/out of immigration including retrieval of my bags in less than 20 minutes!!! Thank goodness Fred and LA VIP Car Service knew what's up because I would have been sitting there for over an hour if they had listened to me LOL! I chose to add on the Meet & Greet for extra $35 because I wanted assistance with my bags and didn't want to mess with standing curbside and waiting. It was totally worth it. Suburban vehicle was so comfortable, clean and spacious. My bags had plenty of room (which is always a nightmare with Uber mind you because some of those drivers don't have clean trunks nor do they get a heads up about luggage). Driver Fred is an incredible human being and entertained me with delightful conversation! I'm a talker but I feel like he's the type of guy who would "read the room" if you wanted a quiet trip hehe He wore mask the entire time and so did I, but the AC was flowing so no problem! This is def a 5 star company and I will 100% use them again and recommend them, but I do have one tiny piece of feedback. I was a bit surprised at the final total vs. the quote. They can easily bake that into whatever booking system they use or perhaps make an "all inclusive rate". read more
