The final result is just about perfect with a knowledge that this job will last for years and years. As far as customer service everything was on time as promised. Derek worked with us on color and made sure we were happy with the choice. He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed. Among other they removed all the awnings and took them to Deluxe Awnings to be recovered. Once that was done they came back several weeks later, picked up the awnings and rehung them. I would not hesitate to recommend this crew for any job I have in the future.

Sorry to have been such a hassle for you. My bad. Unprofessional in a small town can't be a good thing. I'd recommend making another choice if it were you.

I asked about a coloring and he said that it doesn't do well. Then he said it would turn white. After they took out the old concrete they found what they thought was a good base material in place. They we're supposed to remove it and put in gravel. They left the old in. When I asked what the discount would be he said he would give me $150 off for the gravel. Nothing for the labor they didn't have to do. After the pour they started making the contraction lines. One of the guys who seemed most experienced said there should be lines where the concrete turned. The Forman agreed but said it would be too hard. Well sure enough a week later cracks appeared at those locations. When they where done the Forman said they used too much water. A couple weeks later I call Travis to come see the cracks. He said concrete cracks. Then I told him that the Forman said they used too much water and it would take longer to cure. Travis said you can't use too much water. This of coarse is the leading cause of concrete failure and he said it might take a year to cure. Then as the concrete started to to cure black blotches started showing up. These I learned later were from slopping on a drying agent instead of spraying. Then the crazing a the brown broom marks because the broom was in the mud. In my opinion these guys didn't do a good job and all Travis could say is sorry you didn't like the job we did. $16600. And it might not last long.

After this experience I left a review here on Yelp sharing my negative experience. I immediately received a message apologizing for the lack of follow-up "due to being busy." So, we talked to them about our needs and they assured us they would get us on the books for an estimate. Thus, I came here and deleted my review as they seemed very sincere. Well, after 1 year of calling them back several times, getting multiple excuses, and absolutely no progress and/or follow through we finally have given up. It is absolutely mind boggling to us that a company would blow off a customer willing to spend their money with them; especially people as patient and understanding as we are. It is really sad how Coleman Creek Construction has wasted our time. If this is how they manage the beginnings of a project, I hate to think how they manage the actual project and construction. We have since found another contractor that has been absolutely great and responsive. I advise you to do the same as your time will be wasted with empty promises and excuses.

Of course although we promised ourselves that we would stick to the final plans we couldn't help ourselves and added numerous modifications to the house. We are finally nearing the end of this process, we lived in the house during the renovation which is always a hard thing to do but CCC kept the house as clean as was possible. So what do we think of CCC. He installed 4 doors (3 interior and one entry door) and none of them are right. He mounted the toilet paper dispenser so towels hang over it. It will now cost me extra to have someone else correct his errors. He walked out on the job before it was done yet asked me to pay him the remainder on our contract plus extra labor for inferior work! He has refused numerous requests to show receipts for his materials.
