I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far. Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment. I'm glad to report that it has defrosted and it is a thing of beauty. I couldn't be happier!

I called these guys, because a friend referred them. I spoke to Doug Dickson, telling him, that I…read moreneeded a brochure printed, but that all I had, was one of the old brochure's, left in stock. So, I emailed him the brochure, and he went to work. I know, that when you have only a copy of the brochure, and not the original artwork, your chances of success, are not always that good. Well, when I went to pick the brochures up, I was pleasantly surprised, by the amazing look of my brochures. You couldn't tell, that they had nothing to work with, by the look of them. I am very thankful to Doug, as I needed these brochures, for an upcoming home & garden show. Also, I was very pleased with the great customer service and professionalism, I received from Doug and his staff. On a side note, I noticed, how clean and organized, the whole office is. They also complain to their clients about their own costs and how they pay out of pocket, which is very unprofessional.
