They are very detail oriented and great at putting the customer at ease. I invested a large chuck of money to help build the best website that I could afford. Yes, it was money up front and it can be challenging to come up with as a small business owner especially during covid when times were unpredictable. However I realized that if I invested the money to build the site it would help me manage my time is better ways. Not mad, just disappointing and a waste of money. First, the staff (that I talked with) was very friendly and asked a lot of questions. Defiantly, was inspired with the possibility to return later to do a whole marketing work up. Though for me starting up a small business and the cost of a full workup didn't make sense. However, I did want a unique and professional logo. Unfortunately, uniqueness and creativeness that was to be expected from professional graphic designers just wasn't there. I was thinking of working through it. But, being disappointed at what was created, it just wasn't worth paying more to work with the design and had to cut my losses. If you want something basic-ish and have some creativity. Download Adobe illustrator and watch some tutorials, it's cheaper. Understandably, some designs take an enormous amount of time and skill. They are not a simple click of a mouse. That's why I expected more, and I'm disappointed. Things I would have done differently; Ask for the designers' personal portfolio of designs (Not look at the Company's work) the same as you would do with a Tattoo Artist. Also, would have required a meeting face-to-face, it would have been more productive. I enjoyed the conversation on the phone, but a true face-to-face and an exchange of artwork, ideas, and expectations. read more
