From the very beginning, Anthony was flexible with scheduling, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about his work. I was having problems with several light fixtures due to ballast issues, and Anthony helped convert the lighting in both my front patio and kitchen to LED ballast-bypass. He did an excellent job, and everything came out great. What I appreciated even more was that Anthony didn't just come in, do the job, and leave. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught me what type of replacement bulbs I would need in the future. Since the particular ballast-bypass bulbs can be difficult to find locally, he was even kind enough to lend me some spare bulbs until I could purchase the correct ones. Cons: When updating outlets, he missed getting the wire into the proper hole leaving an open circuit, and rather than debugging his work he blamed it on the electrical panel. Several replaced outlets and switches were not completed where tolerances were challenging and/or spacers were needed. He refused to come back and finish the scope of work to which he agreed so I had to buy tools and do it myself. Another electrician who came later pointed out areas where Doug's work was not to code: exposed wire nuts in garage wall without junction box and improper connections to recessed lighting in attic.
