I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He was so thorough and showed us pricing for various things they recommended vs. fixing the bare minimum. I liked the thorough break down. While he was here I had him look at a loose outlet I'd had issues with since I had bought my home. I had another electrician come out and look at it before and he is the one that left it loose. The prior electrician couldn't figure out why the bottom socket didn't work. Mike looked it over for maybe five seconds max and knew what caused the issue instantly. A 50 year old panel is not easy to deal with but the team came thru and revamped the panel to new code . At least now I can sleep at night knowing the house won't burn down . It looked like nothing had been done on this panel since the original install from 50 years ago, with looking at some of the breakers burnt to a crisp I knew I made the right decision in choosing home team electric to revamp the panel .
