We were looking at gas inserts, she spent about 2 hours with us and seemed knowledgeable! She told us that she would get some prices for us and to give her a week to do so! We gave her a week and a half and reached out to her. She apologized and said things were crazy busy around there and that she would send it out by the end of the week! I once again reached out after receiving nothing from her and stated that it felt that she didn't want our business and was told again she'd send it out! We never received anything from her and I then stopped reaching out! I wouldn't use this business even if she was the cheapest, not a way to run a business! Very disappointed

Currently, I needed a repair and because of my past experience, I was hesitant to call. To my surprise, I received a call back almost immediately. The company is under new management by a wonderful young man named Keith. He came out, saw the problem and advised when he could bring it back to his shop. He showed me the problem with the awning, fixed it and rehung. He called me and kept me informed all the way. His customer service is great and he did a tremendous job. This is not the old company and under Keith's direction, I would not hesitate to use him again. Wonderful company now and his prices are very competitive.

During the busy season of putting up and taking down awnings, the call back time can be prolonged, they're busy. But we have never had issue. With the service, speed and quality. I call, then a few days later, come home from work and the awnings up. In the fall, call again and it's gone. They're awning ninjas, apparently. They store it over the winter for us and do any needed repairs while they have it. This year, the frame needs some repair after the storms last summer and they will weld it in place. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I purchased a Sunesta awning from Paul Construction for $10,000 two years ago, and…read morewe are now having trouble getting it to extend properly. The problem appears to be with the arm, a moving part connected to the assembly brackets. When the awning retracts, it clicks and locks into place, and it will not open again without assistance. When I contacted Paul Construction to request warranty service, I was told I would have to pay a fee just to have someone inspect the issue. I offered to send photos and a video to help with diagnosis. Pete, who answered the phone, was rude and disrespectful and told me more than once that he does not get paid enough to talk to customers. Although he agreed to review the photos and follow up, I never heard back. After I called every day for three days, RJ answered and had no idea what I was referring to, but said someone would call me back. When Pete eventually returned my call, he also claimed he did not know what I was talking about, despite our conversation two days earlier. He stated that I must have misunderstood the owner. The owner may be a smooth salesperson, but when it comes to warranty support, this company has been extremely disappointing. They do not stand behind their warranty. If I had known this is how Paul Construction treats its customers, I never would have purchased this awning from them. The awning came with a lifetime warranty, and I am attaching the document the owner provided. I am sharing my experience to warn others: if you are considering this company, do yourself a favor and choose a different awning installer. My husband and I regret choosing Paul Construction.
