We had Scott come to our house for an estimate regarding a few small projects (hanging a door, minor gutter repair, etc.) and he said he'd get back to us within a few days with a price and date to do the work. Ten days passed with nothing. So I emailed, and two weeks later, still no response. I understand that schedules change and can be tough to manage - and there may be some jobs that a contractor is unequipped or uninterested in doing. But to promise someone service, leave them hanging for weeks without even giving the courtesy of a "sorry, I can't do it" message" is dishonest, unacceptable and unprofessional. I'd give Zero stars if the app would permit it.

We were looking at gas inserts, she spent about 2 hours with us and seemed knowledgeable! She told us that she would get some prices for us and to give her a week to do so! We gave her a week and a half and reached out to her. She apologized and said things were crazy busy around there and that she would send it out by the end of the week! I once again reached out after receiving nothing from her and stated that it felt that she didn't want our business and was told again she'd send it out! We never received anything from her and I then stopped reaching out! I wouldn't use this business even if she was the cheapest, not a way to run a business! Very disappointed

Feasterville Awning is under new ownership and they are wonderful. I purchased my awning 10 years…read moreago and had an awful time getting the awning hung. Currently, I needed a repair and because of my past experience, I was hesitant to call. To my surprise, I received a call back almost immediately. The company is under new management by a wonderful young man named Keith. He came out, saw the problem and advised when he could bring it back to his shop. He showed me the problem with the awning, fixed it and rehung. He called me and kept me informed all the way. His customer service is great and he did a tremendous job. This is not the old company and under Keith's direction, I would not hesitate to use him again. Wonderful company now and his prices are very competitive.

During the busy season of putting up and taking down awnings, the call back time can be prolonged, they're busy. But we have never had issue. With the service, speed and quality. I call, then a few days later, come home from work and the awnings up. In the fall, call again and it's gone. They're awning ninjas, apparently. They store it over the winter for us and do any needed repairs while they have it. This year, the frame needs some repair after the storms last summer and they will weld it in place. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm disappointed with the turnaround time, delays, installation and service. I paid for a $13K…read moreawning in mid-April 2026. The contract we signed noted 3-4 weeks turnaround. The awning was delivered in May but the earliest they could schedule the installation was late June, even though Paul, the owner, told us the turnaround would be 4 weeks from when we placed the order. Then, the scheduling team double booked our install date. I called that day to confirm because they never reached back out and the crew never arrived and that is when they realized they double booked the crew. I had to push for a new install date within a week because at first they didn't take accountability and said it was just a scheduling oversight. During the installation, the crew broke the center arm. They took days to place the replacement order because they couldn't locate the serial code of the awning order. It's mid-July now and the earliest installation is August. I've reached out to Paul several times and lately he has shifted his tone to not take accountability or step in to ensure our installation is priority when the arm arrives, even though he is the owner and told me he would prioritize our installation given his team's errors. Unfortunately, I regret ordering from Paul and would not recommend.
