All these 5 star reviews are wonderful until u have the slightest issue with them, then u see the claws come out. I have received nasty emails, my email to honor a warranty issue has been ignored, I wouldn't do business with this company or get their eclipse awnings. They are not good. Mine is one year old and I can't get them to fix it, then or eclipse. So, I'm always skeptical when a company has all five star reviews, and u should be too.

We were looking at gas inserts, she spent about 2 hours with us and seemed knowledgeable! She told us that she would get some prices for us and to give her a week to do so! We gave her a week and a half and reached out to her. She apologized and said things were crazy busy around there and that she would send it out by the end of the week! I once again reached out after receiving nothing from her and stated that it felt that she didn't want our business and was told again she'd send it out! We never received anything from her and I then stopped reaching out! I wouldn't use this business even if she was the cheapest, not a way to run a business! Very disappointed
