Todd came out to go over all my options and took measurements and gave suggestions and we also picked our fabric and color and gave us everything we needed for our condo association to approve installation. There office kept us informed every step of the way ,when awning was shipped ,when they received it and gave us a choice on dates to install. The whole process prob took about 4 weeks and installation took about 4 hrs!there installer was very knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards you wouldn't know anyone was there, he also showed us how to operate remote!Nice awning,job and service! DL Gibson was prob a little more money overall but you get what you pay for! I would recommend them to anyone needing an awning

I now recall telling him the check had my old address. A few days later after hearing a potential job opportunity fell through I called a canceled explaining my situation. He knew a bunch for our initial meeting. They said fine they would mail me a check. Two weeks go by. No check. So I inquired and was told it was mailed out the day after I called. Long story short. They mailed to address on check. Charged me $30 to cancel check. Picked up the registered mail cost. Might nice of them considering it was all their fault. This review would not exist if they covered the cost of the cancelled check. When I have my awning installed I will use a more competent contractor.

We had Scott come to our house for an estimate regarding a few small projects (hanging a door, minor gutter repair, etc.) and he said he'd get back to us within a few days with a price and date to do the work. Ten days passed with nothing. So I emailed, and two weeks later, still no response. I understand that schedules change and can be tough to manage - and there may be some jobs that a contractor is unequipped or uninterested in doing. But to promise someone service, leave them hanging for weeks without even giving the courtesy of a "sorry, I can't do it" message" is dishonest, unacceptable and unprofessional. I'd give Zero stars if the app would permit it.
