They also offered a coffee flight which is something I would order if I was spending time with friends. There was one barista which did a great job keeping up with orders and communicating with customers. Next, I ventured out to check out their event space. They had an indoor event space with a shaded outdoor space right next to it with a bar area as well. After checking out the event space I looked at their flower, herbs and small cactuses outside the cafe. They had a small selection but good quality plants for a modest price. I also checked out their selection of pots and various plants outside the event space in additional to looking at their selection of trees and shrubs. Honey Locust would be a place I'd come to get coffee with friends as well as watch for any events they might have with the community. I reached out to corporate several times, but the Rockwall location kept closing my claim without resolution and refused to return my calls. The lack of accountability and professionalism is beyond appalling. I have every reason to believe they oversold the hotel and deliberately canceled the rooms booked at lower rates first. To do this to any guest is unacceptable, but to do it to a bride on her wedding night is absolutely unforgivable. If you're considering booking a room block with them--don't. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere, because this hotel will not have your back when it matters most.
