Long over due review Extremely grateful till this day that I crossed paths w Shlom. As soon as he saw my car, immediately came over and asked if I was at fault which I answered "no, I was hit". He assured me everything was going to be okay, I'd be provided with a rental, they would fight to get as much money for me, and could get it fixed for me asap if only I came over for at least a checkup. I won't lie I was skeptical because it was a random man and LA is sketchy but I felt it in my gut to trust him and I'm glad I did. I received everything that I was assured I would get assistance in. Absolutely horrendous I would never want someone to take there car here I had to deal with so many issues when I was the one giving them my business 1. If using insurance they will ask you for the payments right away no matter the amount they will want it asap they will not wait a day or two 2. The service is very bad you have to call constantly and multiple times for them to give you a call back and when they call you back they say they'll call you back later and never do 3. So many delays on my car I was waiting almost 2 months for my car they will tell you one date and for that day to come no call no text you will have to call them to get an answer just for them to tell you next Friday then do it again and again then I had to go pick up my car instead of them dropping it off like how they promised via TOW TRUCK 4. When I was told they will be delivering my car I assumed it would be by tow truck but no the employee decided it's okay to DRIVE my car from Los Angeles 30 miles to my location at 8 pm which is completely wrong to do and very unprofessional Never ever bring your car here especially with such poor service from employees to managers The only helpful person was Chris he apologized and made sure the car was cleaned after finding some scratch on the side Found a scratch made by them on the front The worst company I've ever seen read more

I can't say enough good things about MLUX. A minor fender bender with insurance headaches completely disappeared when I pullled my car onto their lot. They spoke directly with the adjuster and for me maximum coverage for my accident. They used factory parts keeping my lease agreement honored and the finished product was as good as new. read more

Mlux Auto Body committed insurance fraud. They collected over $4500 from Geico to fix my back bumper and tail light, but neither got fixed. VERY POOR SERVICE! Marius the owner commits insurance fraud! Do not trust your vehicle with this man! He claims his shop is I-Car certified and I looked MLUX Autobody up on Bodyshopolgy.com and they are not certified! Please refer to pictures! They had my car for 22 days and they got $6,100 from my insurance! They painted my car a different shade from what it originally was. The trunk was the only thing they did not paint! My car is two different colors now and I'm stuck with having to get it re-painted eventually. Panels were put back on crooked and incorrectly! And Marius refused to make corrective repairs! He was very intimidating and threatened me a few times throughout the process! Refer to the picture I posted of our text thread, see the way he talks to his customers! I am a woman by myself and he took full advantage of that! I got the pictures from my insurance company that the adjuster took and it looks like more damage was done to my car than I originally had when I dropped it off to them. They just wanted a bigger payout and still cut corners and spent as less time and money as possible. They unplugged my speakers and I had to get them re-wired! It happened when they were trying to blow the dust out of my trunk and they tried to remove the speaker to do so and messed up my wires! Also left compound all over my car, even on the interior. Marius is a liar and a thief! The best advice I could give you is PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! LA has multiple body shops so do yourself a favor and find an honest reputable shop!! You will thank me later!! This place is going to eventually get shut down! Notice how he will respond to this review, denying EVERYTHING, even though there is proof! If you study the pictures I posted you will see that he is lying. I am so disappointed and regret that I trusted this shop with my car! BE AWARE that Marius offers a lot of perks like waiving your deductible in order to get your business and entice you! However, the work he does is Mickey Mouse and very low quality! This place doesn't even know how to oil changed.They messed up my engine and end up I had to go dealer shop to fix it. They refused to pay back my expenses because I did not bring my car back to them. But come on, how can I trust them? They put my life in danger with messing up the engine. Not only oil change but fixing my car body I had to take my car back and forth several times to make it work. I need to file small claims to get my money back. read more
