When I got there I told her my concern about my sensitive skin and she took about 10 minutes to carefully explain everything to me and how she was going to my treat due to my sensitive skin.. she was very sweet and when she started my lashes ands brows I think I fall asleep lol . My absolute favorite lash place!! I've probably tried around 7-8 lash places since I started lashes years ago and none of them were as amazing as MM Beauty! In terms of lashes, every single lash lady has been consistently a 10/10. They're also ALL so incredibly sweet! I got to know Michelle and Amy over time and they've become my go-to! Please note, she had a situation with a scammer at their La Verne location but she hasn't moved! She's still at both Monrovia and La Verne:) If you see texts saying they moved to West Covina - ignore~ They told me they're trying to resolve it! BTW they also offer brown lamination and facials. 5 STARS EVERY TIME! I thankfully discovered this shop about 6 or so months ago. Their reasonable prices with easy online booking through Vagaro are what got me in the door. I have been getting extensions ever since, and even trusted them to do my wedding lashes. Both Michelle and Cindy do a great job, and my wedding photos came out amazing with their lashes on! I had booked an appointment today with Cindy, she is amazing!!! She was very accommodating during my arrival and as for the process, she has such a gentle touch it didn't feel like she was applying anything on my eyes at all. She is also very fast with her application, my appointment lasted about an hour and 10 minutes in total. For reference I ended up choosing the Mink 4D volume/wispy set and the price was so reasonable. (I also received a $15 discount for being a new client.) The salon itself is very quiet and calm, also it is very easy to find parking out front so that's a plus. I came here to get a full set of mink natural looking eyelashes a couple weeks ago. This was my first time getting lash extensions and to say I was nervous about it would be an understatement. I don't think I could've chosen a better place to go to. Sarah helped me and she was so kind and attentive and gave me options and just made the whole experience seem less for me. Came here for lash extension for the second time. Michelle is very sweet and skillful. It's very easy to communicate with her. She did the exact way I wanted and my lashes look so natural!
