This might be the first review I've ever written. I want to write this because this company is THAT GOOD!!! I was stranded in Bethel NY. AAA had no one in the area to help me. I was stuck overnight with two flat tires. By morning MM Tires opened. They're closed on Saturdays. I called and the dispatcher told me he'd call me with information about a driver that could help me. He did. He then told me the driver would be there between 15-minutes and 30-minutes. The driver was there in 20-minutes. The technician that helped me was friendly, very skilled, fast and professional. The truck was like a mini-garage. Three tires were balanced and installed in no time. One of my tires had a plug in it and I didn't want to take another chance. I had a 2-hour drive ahead. The price was also quite fair. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share the great experience I had at MM tires. I have a BMW with run-flat tires. BMW said those tires can't be repaired, only replaced. So I believed them. Of course their price for the new tire was high so I shopped around and MM had a very fair price. I spoke with Mendy, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He ordered the tire and called me later that day when it arrived. When I got there, Mendy looked at my old tire and said he could repair it. Within 2 minutes, my tire was repaired. I couldn't believe it. Even though he ordered me a new tire, he fixed my old tire, charged me a very small amount for the repair and saved me ALOT of money. He could have said nothing and and just installed the new tire..A truly honest person is hard to find these days but luckily I found one in Mendy..Thank you! read more

Saw all the great reviews online and decided to drive the 20 miles from my house in Orange County, NY this Sunday morning to MM Tires to get some corroded/failing valve stems and TPMS changed on my SUV tires. Skilled crew did a fantastic job with no issues. Owner arrived while I was waiting and proactively said hello, asked how everything was going so far and was very courteous - you can tell he takes pride in his business and actually cares about the customer experience. I'm not an active reviewer but when someone exceeds my expectations I am thrilled to be writing a review as soon as I got home. Will be bringing all my tire business to this shop going forward - fast, convenient hours (I arrived at 8am on a Sunday and crew all rolled in at opening time), reasonable prices and most importantly it is clear they know what they are doing and have all the right equipment to get the job done right. I have used literally dozens of tire shops across the Tri-state area for various repairs, tire swaps, TPMS changes etc for a large fleet of cars. I like the independent shops since they can do the one-off requests with no issues (try that at some of the big tire shops and they will argue with you, have you waiting for hours behind a line of other customers, will tell you they won't change less than all 4 tires at same time, etc.). recently I had major surgery and needed to drive to and appointment .Going out to my vehicle I noticed I had a flat tire. As per drs orders I could not change the tire due to not being able to lift. A friend has recommended mmtire service so I decided to give them a call . After contacting them their service man called me within the half hour . Expecting them to give me an estimated time of arrival , he was in the driveway calling me ....I go out side they had the vehicle on the jack . They had to order the tire but had it in a reasonable amount of time and mounted on my vehicle at a price that was compairable to the tire dealer without leaving my driveway ....I would recommend them as they are very professional and prompt. read more

I needed my front tires changed after the winter as my snow tires had no threads left. So I gave them a call and they came down to my house on Sunday for no extra charge. Service is great, their prices are great. I've used them a few times in the past (tire rotation, busted tire, snow tires). Definitely recommended!!! read more

I got stuck on the side of the road and had to call the state trooper who then called a tow due to being on a restricted highway on the shoulder exit 9W right before the interstate. The tow truck company didn't even know it existed. It was the coolest thing I've seen right out of his truck inside a community he fixed my tire and had me out of there in 20 mins!
