The front office personnel were helpful and very nice in helping her figure out her paper work. The Dr. she saw was very professional and friendly. They were also very conscious of my mom's very limited budget and helped her figure out the most cost effective options. I think my mom expected the shop to be a seedy dive. She mentioned several time how nice the offices were and how clean. I really appreciate that they took the time to help my mother get through the paperwork and really explained the whole process to her. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that my mom called them twice over several days to get in and no one picked up or called her back. She finally was desperate enough to just show up to see if they could help her. Once she showed up though they were nothing but excellent.
