Anyone who has been dealing with several doctor visits knows how valuable that is. They do have a fairly large packet of paperwork to fill out, but they can send it to you ahead of time if you want to complete it using a PDF editor. I would definitely recommend filling it out before you arrive or giving yourself about 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment so you are not rushed. Nice modern furniture in the waiting room and patient rooms. They called me back pretty quickly once I checked in. I saw Dr. Tanner and he explained everything clearly and took the time to walk through what was going on and what the next steps would be. It was a really smooth experience and I would absolutely be happy to be referred here again.

This is my first time at this office, two hrs later and no injections! I haven't started any treatment yet, although I thought I would be getting a TPI. During my appointment, I was informed that they would have to request the notes from my cervical medial branch block doctor and my previous pain management doctor. This was a little disappointing given that I waited two weeks for this appointment and had previously provided my MRIS. There was no previous mention about my prior doctor's notes. I was also informed that they need to check for pre-approval for my tpi. Again, I explained to this doctor that my insurance doesn't require pre-approval. I called my insurance as soon as I left this office and they informed me that they will contact pain specialists of Nevada in the morning since they were already closed to inform them of their procedure. Dr Nguyen discussed other options with me like an epidural. We also discussed their MLS laser while I was there. I did explain to Dr helmi that I had some red laser treatment at a prior chiropractic office. He claimed that laser was a superficial laser that only went skin deep. Their laser supposedly goes deeper. Two days later, I called in and spoke to I Sandy. I have found this business to be attentive and professional. The front desk seems to be busy but they do get the job done. Lately they have been really fantastic at helping me get the appointment time I needed. I would recommend this business but don't expect a slam dunk, they will try everything they can from the least effective to the most efficient and this can take several months. I'm truly sorry if you are looking for someone to help with pain because that means you really need help. I'm sorry you have pain. As a last resort a pain clinic could be the answer and when choosing a pain clinic, Innovative Pain Care could be a match for you. Also, as a side note- they have comfortable furniture unlike all other physicians' clinics. There are sofas and soft chairs which is an absolute must for me since sitting on a hard chair makes me so sick that I get nauseous pretty fast. Why are all the employees at Innovative Pain Care Centers incompetent? They are incapable of…read morescheduling an appointment with the correct person. I knew this was going to happen after I spoke to their incredibly rude manager two weeks ago. Fast forward 2 weeks, my appointment was made with the PA instead of the doctor. I have not been given a shot nor has the manager called me to discuss why my appointment was made with the wrong person. This is the only location that schedules three separate appointments for a trigger point injection. PA will see you without coming in for the initial appointment before the tpi. Dr Wu won't do that. I've been lied to as to why the first appointment is required. at first, they claimed they needed to check to make sure that my tpis are covered by insurance. This was a lie! After I called them out on this, they started seeing me without that first appointment. Last Thursday after they screwed up my appointment, I emailed their manager and I still have not received a response back. I get that they don't care about their patients, but now I have to wait even longer for my new doctors to get my MRI results and to schedule a TPI. Thanks so much for being inconsiderate and incompetent!
