This umc and care now on centennial they only care about billing patients why else would I be returning to the URGENT CARE 3 times in a week? I wanted to give zero stars because I had to visit the umc twice. This never happens at all. I miss the old times where I get seen and I don't have to come back. The problem is the doctors they are always rushing to another patient thinking they found the problem they don't. I also have been to the urgent care 3 times in a week. Due to poor diagnosis and not enough time off. I would receive only one day off despite the wheezing, the coughing, fever that they did not mention. I am not sure who to trust in the Vegas valley. I'm so disappointed. Can you imagine three visits it's just to collect money they don't really help find the cause. Whether it's the system to give 2-3 days off to heal, we only get one day each time. The amount of anxiety they gave me because I have a fever. There's no way they can compensate the trauma I'm going thru because I have no one to drive me. How they can help improve? Check your patients more carefully. read more

Came to this location the other day when I threw my back out- wait time to get in back was about 20 minutes. Once in back, I seen a doctor, got xrays/results, medications and referrals; all in about a little over an hour. Doc and Xray tech were very nice and helpful. Doc was willing to explain things a couple of times over to ensure I better understood. Facility was clean. Got what I came for, no complaints. read more

came here for sucky mosquito bites that I ended up having some kind of allergic reaction to. The staff was so sweet and attentive the moment I walked in and were very friendly. I have mixed reviews about this place, As far as care goes for adults I would give it a 5. 2 times I was treated here for covid and received the paxlovid prescription which cleared my covid symptoms within 24hours. Love that. Now as a first time mom, I would 100% not recommend these doctors for the care of a child or infant. My son(10months old) had a fever today and i've taken him to an emergency room twice in his life, both times the ER doctors told me next time you're unsure just take him to an urgent care to avoid your $1,000 copay to see us for a runny nose ‍ true. So that's what I did today, my son had a fever and I brought him here. All was going well and the nurse who checked us in was so sweet I wish I remembered her name. We were seen by Dr. Burton and this is where the mixed review comes into play. He needed a sample of my son's urine to test for a UTI so he yells out to his staff "can I get a urine bag for this kid" and leaves the room. You know; as a really concerned mom whose baby walked in with a 187 heart rate the lack of empathy to refer to my baby as "this kid" really irked me. Aside from his callous reference to my son. Twice my baby dropped his bottle on the floor and both times I picked it up it was full of hair from the floor. The second time I picked it up I looked to the ground and the floor was covered in hair. I'm talking brown, black, blonde, white, curly, straight. That's hair that's been sitting and collecting in those rooms for quite some time. You may need to have a conversation with your janitorial services. Medical offices are generally expected to maintain a sterile environment to reduce the risk of bacterial exposure. read more

So I ended up with a messed up knee in Vegas and, being a PT, I thought that I should fix my own damn knee. Didn't work out so well, so I went to this urgent care. I wasn't really excited about getting medical care in Nevada as I was from out of state. Last thing I wanted was to get stuck with a huge bill because it was out-of-network. Thanks to yelp, I was able to find this highly rated urgent care that was a little bit outside of the strip. What I searched for was for an urgent care that was (1) well-reputed and (2) connected to the university system in Nevada. I'm happy that I was able to find this place. The front office was helpful and they efficiently took my insurance information. Though I was in a lot of pain, I bonded with the front office representative talking about "sorry, not sorry creamery". They demystified the process so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting a huge bill when I got home. (Update: I only had to pay a copayment and everything else was covered). I promptly got assistance from Dr. Burton and he gave helpful feedback and education and prescriptions so that I could deal with the probable cause of my injury. My wife did give me the look of death, however, when Dr. Burton said, "you would have recovered much quicker if you came here sooner". I was able to take the information from my visit to follow up with my primary physician upon arrival at home. Overall, if you find yourself in Vegas and are dealing with an unexpected medical issue, then I would definitely recommend this clinic. (Addendum: if you are having a medical emergency, go to an emergency room; however, this was helpful for my non-emergent medical issue). read more

Quick cares are bad in general. But, this location messed up where they sent my prescriptions to, so the prescriptions weren't covered by insurance and when I called into this quick care, they are of NO help. Horrible $300 out of pocket service. read more

I've stopped in at this quick care on 3 separate occasions, all of which I would give 5 stars. The people at the front are very kind when checking you in. I've never had to wait very long at all to be taken back. The nurses are awesome and very nice, this most recent time my son was sick and crying and they were still patient and very helpful. I recently had an experience at both the quick care clinic with Dr. Burton, and the primary care clinic with Andrea Narag, APRN. They both treated me with so much care & concern. I get anxious in these types of environments & I had recently switched over to their clinic so they made me feel comfortable. Both were very knowledgeable & took their time to answer my questions & concerns. Upon changing my primary care provider, I was able to connect & feel safe with Andrea pretty quickly. She addressed my questions with explanations that made sense to me. While going in with my symptoms, she made sure to do everything that she could to help me feel better. I went there this morning for a primary care appointment. The assistant brought me back to the room at 1002 and was asking me all the normal questions. I had answered a question before she finished and she became rude about it. I then proceeded to sit in the room for another 35 minutes before the provider came in to see me, my appointment was at the 1000. I did not leave this facility until 1102. When the paperwork I had brought in was filled out correctly I was again met with that same attitude from the assistant and was told she was just the messenger, the provider never came back to the room. Front desk staff and young lady by the name of April who took my vitals were friendly and helpful. I visited this quick care today for a severe stomach pain along with other symptoms. It's happened a few times in the last couple of years so I wanted to see a dr to maybe help figure out the root cause. Maybe run tests and give me a diagnosis. I was seen by Dr. Maria Pacumbaba who came in and talked to me for 2 minutes and said "it sounds" like I had a virus because it's the season. She just prescribed me medicine for nausea. I could've just googled symptoms a self diagnosed. What a discouraging experience. It's like they just cared about the next patient to collect payment and move on to the next. I usually don't give lots of negative reviews but it's been a while . I am experiencing a sore throat and coughing and took off from work earlier, stopped by this office @4 pm . After verifying all the documents insurance and the RN placed me in the #9 exam room . At the time of writing this , I am still waiting and it's almost 6 pm. Two hours ? Really ? I was told there are still two patients ahead of me . I know I don't have an appointment . If I knew I was sick today , I would have made the appointment days ago right? The doctor seems still chatting with other office workers about their lunch experience, no sense of urgency whatsoever. If this is a quick care and busy location , don't you think they should have more than ONE doctor ? Two hours so far of waiting still have no clue when I will be seen is totally unacceptable! Update...after two hours of waiting , they ran a strep throat test on me and took another 45 min to get the results out , then the doctor walked in and handled over a prescription to me . I had already received results via my email within 10 minutes after the test !!Quick care should be called Marathon Care !!!! The only positive concern is their facility is clean ! My advice to you is ...take good care of yourself because no one else cares but you ! read more

This was an amazing office. We went to the Centennial first and it was packed. We drove over here and there was 1 patients in the waiting room. This was a fast process in and out. The lady up front checked us in so quick and was so pleasantly cheerful. Our nurse Carrie was excellent! She took all my son's information, vitals and showed compassion for what he was feeling and going through. The Dr was great, very thorough and kind. A different nurse checked us out but, she was great too! It was refreshing to have a staff make you feel like you're not just a number. After a week of coughing horrendously, she developed hemorrhoids from the strain, making her miss another week of work. She finally got better after taking different medicine but then a month later She gets sent a bill of $1,050 from UMC from the visit in Aliante for a simple check up and prescription that DID NOT EVEN WORK! Bottom line is, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT GO TO UMC QUICKCARE ALIANTE!!! read more

UMC Aliante is the fastest and most efficient urgent care option in town. I've gone to the Centennial location and received great care there too, but it's just so easy at the Aliante location. This time I saw Dr. Badi Eghterafi and he was the most attentive physician for my daughter. She was hurt earlier in the day and was scared to go to the doctor but he was so good with her. He made her feel comfortable and not afraid of being seen. The office staff were very patient and friendly as well. I recommend them over all other options in North Las Vegas. read more

I had gone to ER on a. Sunday I had taken a really bad fall. They never took X-rays and told me I had muscle spasms gave me muscle relaxers and ibuprofen and sent me home. Finally after 4 days of having so much pain I went to umc quick care and from the time I walked in with the front desk to the nurse who got a wheelchair and took my vitals the X-ray tech and the doctors I was very well taken care of. I will definitely be going back there for further service if needed. read more

I brought my daughter into the quick care and was greeted by a warm staff. We were seen very quickly by Dr. Omar. I wish Dr. Omar had her own office ! She was absolutely amazing. Dr.Omar was warm, personal, engaging and really listened to my daughter, as if she was an adult. The two of them had their own conversation regarding my daughters abdominal pain & her concerns. The genuine sincerity of Dr.Omar allowed my daughter to open up about her abdominal pain & what she was feeling. The tests that were ordered were precise. A strep test was also ordered, which my daughter was not experiencing any throat issues. It comes to find out that strep pharyngitis can cause upper abdominal pain ! My daughter was strep pharyngitis positive, which she received antibiotics for the infection. Two days later, my daughter's abdominal pain was resolved ! I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Omar. We still often still talk about the great experience we had with UMC quick care & Dr.Omar. This past Tuesday I met my wife at her job for lunch. Afterwards, while getting out of my truck she closed her finger in the door. Out of pure reaction she yanked her hand free, tearing her right pointer finger to the bone and needing stitches. I rushed her to a clinic close by according to my maps. Upon arrival we were turned away as my wife's ID was in her locker at work. She was bleeding profusely all over the counter and floor and they still refused to help her. I had to use the first aid kit in my truck and butterfly the wound temporarily while the staff watched out the window. I drove my wife back to work, picked up her ID and then drove to UMC. Wish we would have come there first. UMC was fantastic. Absolutely amazing with the care they provided my wife. Upon arrival we were asked the issue (standard question anywhere) and my wife showed them her hand. Without asking for ID or other information from her, they immediately took her back and began cleaning her wound. Very quickly the young lady at the front desk got me thru the paperwork process and back to my wife. The nurse that was with her from beginning to end was the Best!!! Wish I knew her name, but she was kind, attentive, tender, caring, understanding, and patient. Could not have asked for better care from her for my wife. The Dr. that took care of my wife and stitched her finger was equally amazing. We will be back and use this location as our primary Dr office. The entire staff was a breath of fresh air in a stressful and painful for my wife, situation. Thank you so much for your care and kindness. I will recommend this location and staff to everyone I meet. Oh, we live on the complete opposite side of Las Vegas from this location but will make the drive to use them as our primary from now on. read more
