MNM saves the day! We were so frustrated with the possibility of waiting anywhere from 4-12 weeks for a bed to be delivered to our new house. We also found that beds sets at a lot of the big box stores were outdated and there were few modern options. A friend recommended MNM to us and I'm so glad she did. MNM was a saving grace for me, I was furnishing an entire home, in the middle of Covid 19. After visiting several furniture stores, items overpriced and back ordered. Then, I found MNM and my project mi Ed forward full speed ahead. Here is a summary of all the amazing highlights from my shopping experience. 1) Ross (is who I worked with)he is an expert when it comes to furniture and has such great customer service. 2) I was able to shop all of their catalogues and Ross provided pricing on each item I flagged in his catalogues. 3) I brought the floor plan of our home and Ross double checked all measurements and hand sketched the furniture layout for me. 4) double checked availability, anything g over a month out we chose an alternate. 5) we love our custom sofa's. Built and delivered to our specifications and delivered in less than a month! We had so many beautiful quality fabrics to choose from. 6) we chose furniture of America pillow top mattresses throughout our home. great nights sleep at an incredible value. (We knew we loved these mattresses from a beautiful vacay home we stayed in that had them). Searching for these mattresses in Phoenix is how we found MNM. 7) HIGHLIGHT: delivery and install. This was a huge relief. They did an amazing job with delivery, assembly and install for a reasonable price. Literally white glove delivery service. And double checked with me on placement of each item. (You can only imagine how much time this saved is and they removed all boxes and trash, which is a pain when you order furniture on-line). I had an entire Pinterest board of inspiration photos and as I would show Ross he would find similar items from all of his manufacturers so we could quickly price check and check availability. While I was shopping I watched how respectful and service oriented Ross and the entire team were to everyone shopping. If someone only needed one item and wanted a great price, they would work with each customer with so much service and respect. Also, great safety procedures during Covid. Hand sanitizer. And everyone wearing masks before they were required in Phoenix (this was a big plus for us, we have a high risk family member). I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
