When i came back, they were gone! I almost started crying my eyes out in the homegoods y'all. But I asked Teresa if she had seen my basket and she radioed around until Barbara came over and helped me look for duplicates of the things that disappeared since they couldn't find the basket. She was able to find me the duck AND the notepad and saved me from ugly crying in the store lol. This store has amazing customer service and a great selection.

I recently went in and found a couple of items for a friend with Bre's assistance. She was super knowledgeable when I told her about the recipient and occasion and wrapped everything up beautifully. The finishes on the furniture were beautiful and the hardware choices especially stood out. Among all the furniture there are smaller vintage pieces like bookends and knickknacks and wall art. The staff here is really welcoming and helpful. They also do custom painting. I thought the prices were very fair. Will definitely keep checking this place out!

Arlene was excellent and went out of her way to help locate misplaced marble tile. She was professional and knowledgeable, and I'm grateful for her help. The problem was management and follow through. I was told at checkout not to move my cart and that help would be sent to load the boxes of tile I purchased. As Edward completed a team meeting at the Pro Desk, I waited, employees and management just watched and I felt extremely uncomfortable. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cashier staff did everything correctly. They offered help, requested assistance over the radio, and set the expectation that support would be provided. Had someone simply communicated that no one was available, I would have handled the situation myself without wasting time or standing there waiting while being ignored. I am sharing this review because my experiences at other Floor & Decor locations have always involved a high level of professionalism and respect for customers' time. At this location, however, it was made very clear that unless you are extremely able bodied be prepared to do everything yourself, please don't expect support, even when it is offered. As both a licensed contractor and a woman, I found it unacceptable to be completely ignored by a room full of employees and management while struggling with heavy materials. I will be avoiding this location entirely moving forward and will instead continue to support other Floor & Decor stores that uphold the level of service the brand is known for.
