    Pake Salad with Teriyaki Chicken
    Fonda N.

The Customer Service was GREAT! Chris explained everything and made suggestions! What a fantastic employee! He even told us he loved his job !! Teriyaki Chicken was both mine and my husband's Favorite! I Loved the salad. It has mandarin oranges and crispy wontons!! The rice ( both brown and white) was a little mushy! That would be my one and only complaint. We live in Vegas but, visit here often and we will be back! Thanks for a great lunch experience, good food and reasonable prices ;-)

The food is delicious and the quantity is generous. It is a tad expensive compared to other places in town, but it's worth it!

The food is horrible. I can't believe they are calling this food. There are much better places if you want, "Hawaiian", food very close.

We were visiting family in the area and my wife and son saw this place on Yelp and it sounded good…read more To their surprise the poke was one of the best they've had - not something you would expect to find in the middle of the desert. Service was fast and the employee was nice. Ambience was nice - cute place - we got ours to go though. We would go again if in the area. It's a hidden gem in St. George.

We told the man at the counter that we had never been there before and had some questions, which he didn't really answer. I'd never been to a poke restaurant (or shop) that didn't have the fish on display for customers to view before ordering - so it was natural that we'd have some questions. We also like to see if fish doesn't look fresh and avoid ordering those items, but we were unable to do so here. My husband and I each ordered a "1 choice" bowl, which was supposed to be served over a bed of hot rice and cabbage. When I asked for tap water, he said they don't have a tap. Really? Good thing we always carry water with us. Then, he asked us each if we wanted forks or chopsticks. He said we couldn't have both (without paying extra), and he looked at us funny when we requested chopsticks. The fish itself was fine, although there was no cabbage (it was just rice), and the portion of fish was small for the charge. One other thing that was odd about the experience. We were there for about a half hour, and while they had a steady stream of customers, I was the only woman. I don't think I've ever been in that situation before, and it felt really creepy. While that's probably not the restaurant's fault, I was so uncomfortable that I don't want to go back, and I especially wouldn't go back if I were alone.

It is a place where the sun-drenched spirit of the Hawaiian Islands gracefully collides with the rugged beauty of the desert, offering a dining experience that feels like a warm breeze echoing across the canyonlands. To step through the doors of Honolulu Grill is to feel the dry air instantly soften into a vibe of pure aloha. The atmosphere is beautifully chill--unpretentious, grounding, and instantly welcoming. Here, the rush of the modern world slows down completely. This effortless serenity is a direct reflection of the Native Hawaiians who operate this beautiful spot. Their hospitality is not merely a service standard; it is a genuine sharing of their heritage. They greet every guest with radiant smiles and a soulful warmth that makes newcomers feel like returning family. But the true poetry of this desert-island convergence is found on the plate. Honolulu Grill achieves a rare and magnificent balance in the culinary world: impeccable, high-quality food at an incredibly low cost. In a landscape where dining out can often feel overpriced, this spot offers magnificent generosity. The portions are famously massive, celebrating the traditional Island plate lunch with open arms. Every dish feels like a homemade love letter to traditional Hawaiian comfort food. The Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Beef are absolute masterpieces, marinated until profoundly tender, grilled to perfection, and lacquered in a signature sweet-and-savory glaze. The Katsu Chicken offers a flawless, golden-crisp crunch that gives way to exceptionally juicy meat. No visit is complete without their legendary Macaroni Salad--a cool, creamy, perfectly balanced island staple made fresh daily. For a quick, savory bite, their Spam Musubi perfectly binds grilled meat, seasoned rice, and crisp seaweed into a handheld revelation. With its exceptional flavors, remarkably affordable prices, and the deeply moving kindness of its staff, it stands as an absolute crown jewel of the Saint George food scene. Do not just visit for a meal--go to experience a slice of paradise in the desert.
