Came in around 5:30pm. We were with a group of nine. Our order was lettuce wraps, garlic chili noodles and karaage. The lettuce wraps-nice amount of chicken with goodies like crunchy chestnuts. Along with spicy chili sauce and the sweet chili sauce. Garlic chili noodles with lightly coated shrimp. Perfect amount of spice (noodles looked kinda like spaghetti), shrimp was cooked well. The karaage chicken was coated with panko and not marinated like authentic karaage - but it was crisp , well cooked (not greasy) and served with a spicy sauce which was delicious. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a good meal...a good Asian fusion meal. Also had the spiked Vietnamese coffee with matcha foam. That was delicious too. Food was good for Asian fusion but not authentic. Service was great

While visiting the area, we were pleasantly surprised to find this adorable restaurant. It was exceptionally clean, and we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made fantastic recommendations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The mocktails were absolutely delicious, and the Ahi Roll and Lotus Roll were definitely our favorites. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back!

The ambience is very nice, looked clean and well organized. Food is ok, although the crispy springs rolls are a bit burned. However, poor customer service! We came in when it was slow, but the wait for the server to come to our table was extremely long. According to our server, their food is not fresh. Our daughter wants avocado roll. But the server advises us they just made their sushi rolls ready in the morning and sale it, not whenever you order it. Our table was also the only one without a water bottle being provided when everyone else around us had one. Our server comes at first to pour water for us, took our order and never bothered to check back with us. Our water had been gone for a while, we were very thirsty while eating our food, till the end our server appeared to check for the bill.

Great atmosphere, sweet staff Loved the Poke Nachos and Firecracker Beef! Nothing Asian about the "Asian Cesar Salad" though lol! Egg Drop Soup tasted like chicken noodle soup didn't finish. But will try more next time!

Menu was interesting with different options from different parts of Asia. Ordered shrimp Bakmi Goreng noodle. Never had this dish and I read the description online and sounded yummy. Ordered basil chicken and orange chicken also. Food came pretty quick and chicken dishes came with white rice. I looked at my noodle dish and first thing popped in my head was.... "hmm didn't look like that online and sure looks like typical stir fried noodle.". Took my first bite and yup, tasted like typical soy sauce seasoned noodle dish.... Looking at the basil chicken dish and first thing I noticed was not a single fresh basil leaves in the dish. Tasted the dish and again very blend seasoning with hint of basil flavor. Definitely not like basil chicken or beef dish I ordered from my local Thai or Chinese restaurants back home. Tried the orange chicken. It did have crispy chicken except it was more on the sweet and sour flavor and not orange flavor. Oh well, it is what it is. At least I didn't leave here hungry. I definitely would not be coming here (I mean I don't live here but if I ever pass through here again) and I could not recommend this place.

As soon as we saw our server headed towards us with heavily laden plates, we knew right away we would need "to go " boxes. Our appetizers and entrees were served piping hot! Loved the way our food tasted. The visual presentation was outstanding. Our server, Kate, checked in on us several times even though she was handling several tables. We particularly appreciated that she left a decanter of ice water at our table. And, she was so wise! She offered us to go containers without our having to ask for them. We have several other restaurant suggestions to try during our stay in St George. Yet, we both agreed we would definitely consider coming back here instead of trying all of the suggestions on our list. Great food, ample quantities, superb service and decent prices, plus plenty of parking. Our server, Kate, was outstanding. We loved her personality, her being on the spot and the way she anticipated our needs.

The reservation was written down for 730pm. The host team did the best they could and had us seated in 15 minutes. Good recovery. Our server, Bailey, was kind and friendly. She was quick on drinks, soups, and salads. We waited quite a while for the Hibachi chef to arrive. A solid 30 minutes. He was great and made it fun. The chef, Bailey, and others apologized many times for the slow service. We were still having a nice time until the bill came. We looked at each other (the 5 of us) and said, "No dessert? Nothing was offered. No menu provided. Big miss! So we just paid the bill, tipped well, and left. There was a $45 discount on the bill that wasn't mentioned so I suspect this was the slow service or was it for not offering dessert? The hosts were friendly on the way out as well. This was definitely a 3-star experience on this trip, but we have had 5-star experiences in the past. This is the reason for the 4-star rating. If you're having a 5-star experience, the price is right, but it's a little pricey when it's a 3-star experience. Really great people at Sakura. A very clean and beautiful restaurant.

I arrived around 9:00 PM and there was no one at the host stand. After waiting several minutes, I started walking further inside to see if I could find someone. Around 9:06, someone came out from the back and asked if I had "just walked in." Once we went back to the host stand, she asked what time it was, checked the clock, and mentioned that if it were 9:30 she would have told me I could order to go. I completely understand coming in close to closing time, which is why I explained that it was just me and I planned to eat quickly. I was also prepared to take the rest to go after having a few bites. There were still several other groups seated and eating at the time. Unfortunately, the food didn't make the experience much better. I ordered a Thai tea and noticed several small black specks floating in it. I'm not sure what they were, so I can't say whether that is normal for how they prepare their tea, but it definitely caught my attention. I also ordered the Pad See Ew because I specifically wanted noodles, and the noodle-to-other-ingredient ratio was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles in the dish. I eat Thai food pretty regularly and have ordered Pad See Ew many times, so this was definitely not what I was expecting. I've included a photo of the dish so others can see what I received. The restaurant also appeared to be using swamp/evaporative coolers inside. I'm not sure if that is their normal cooling setup or something temporary, but I've included photos of the interior as well. I understand that I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and I tried to be considerate of that. At the same time, Springdale is a hiking destination and Thai Sapa is one of the restaurants open later in the evening, so I would imagine hikers arriving later isn't unusual. Overall, it was just an underwhelming experience between the initial interaction, the Thai tea, and especially receiving a Pad See Ew with barely any noodles. Based on this visit, I'm not sure I would return.
