Good burrito for a hungry afternoon off the slopes. The steak was a bit chewy-tough but all other ingredients were good. Those extra items can really mark up the cost of your burrito btw. Maybe pork or chicken is better option but steak should be the best item on the menu if you ask me. I would go back. read more

I'm so glad this place came to town. It's Salida's own take on Chipotle and it is so dang delicious. It's a little bit on the pricey side being that the burritos are about $9, but it's worth it. I eat here way too often. My husband loves the carnitas, it has a sweet cinnamon flavor. I love the chicken and steak, all very flavorful. The real winner is the queso. I normally do not like queso and I almost never pay to add things to my order, but the queso is so amazing, I don't even care it's an extra $1! I highly recommend Mo Burrito! read more

This place is really really good. I had the steak bowl and my wife had a chicken burrito. All ingredients were very fresh and delicious. The burrito was HUGE! Sure the portions are big but they should be for the price. Ive given this place a ton of chances and it's just to hard for them to roll a burrito. Comes out as a melting wet pile of bean juice over and over. Owners are Fantastic people and tastes is fine but you need a shower after eating here. read more

My family and I eat at Mo Burrito several times a month. The steak salad is my absolute favorite with the Avo-Verde. The meat is cooked to perfection with outstanding flavor! My husband gets the fish burrito which is the best he's had since we lived in Seattle!! Aside from the food, the bar is outstanding, super yummy cocktails and our favorite, Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin on tap. Mo Burrito greatly adds value to our little town - they are customer centric and you'll never experience any pretentiousness here! I've been there a couple times during my lunch break, there's usually a line you'll have to stand in but it's worth the wait if you have the time. I've always ordered their fish tacos from there, they are amazing with the pickled onions and I like the salsa's/sauces you can choose from by the drink station, in addition to the salsa's they serve you. read more

Good burritos for a pretty fair price. Only gripe is that you have to be careful with some of their salsa, which is typically more watery than at most places. Usually it makes my burrito a little too wet and soggy, which I hate. Especially if I wait 10-15 minutes to eat the burrito. If you avoid the salsa it's better (but then you don't get salsa!), or eat it right away before the tortilla gets too wet. read more

The rice is inedible, and there's nothing special about the beans. Quality of the beef is only fair. Best to get something with chicken or just vegetables. Portions are extremely large. I'd rather have smaller portions and higher quality. Outdoor seating is nice in good weather. read more

We wanted something quick for breakfast on the way up to skiing Monarch and this is the spot! The breakfast burritos are made daily and ready to grab and go! They're not small or too big, they're perfect in size. Ingredients are mixed together so you don't get a bite full of one ingredient. I put ketchup on everything but this didn't need it, the seasoning and spice were perfect (all four of us agreed). Also, the restaurant is set up perfectly to hang out, chat, play games, or have a drink. Huge fan of the spot! read more

Incredibly Expensive burritos at this Chipotle rip off with generic current atmosphere (think noodles and inc, etc.) Horrendous margarita that I couldn't finish. And wow, that's a first, wink wink! About a tablespoon of meat in my $14 burrito. Will not return, second star is for the nice staff. read more

This is my second meal here. Had the carnitas tacos and my wife had the fish ones. You can put whatever toppings you want. We both really enjoyed them. The difference between Mo's and Poco's tacos is that you get 3 at Mo's for a couple more bucks than the 2 at Poco's. Both are tasty but different. Adults can also order from the kids menu. This chill and perfect spot saved us on Monday's leg of our Colorado Rocky Mtn. High road trip! Both the burrito (steak) and quesadilla (chicken) were outstanding!! Special mention goes to the totally legit, authentic guac!! It was fresh, chunky, like it was just made--and we're from CA where guacamole expectations are high. The staff was cool and friendly and we would have loved to do nothing but park ourselves at the bar; unfortunately we were racing the sun to set up camp, but next time we'll linger in Salida and at Mo Burrito!! read more

4 of us were so excited to try their food based on how great Sweeties is. Very disappointed. The rice was mushy (had both brown and white) and there was a lot of it. There was very little meat in/on any of our meals. One of us got the wrong food. Very chaotic which is understandable having only been open a week. Having to wait in two long lines to pay separately for food and drinks was frustrating. There must be a better way. read more
