Piece of plastic that I had to get from my mouth with a bite of food

This has been our favorite restaurant up until the last 6 months or so. We keep coming back because it's our kids' favorite but the experiences are slowly getting less desirable every time. Last night, I found plastic in my food (will attach picture). Not exactly what you want to crunch on. I was pretty much done with the meal anyways so just trashed the rest. The people seem hit or miss on friendliness too. I do think the pricing is great for what you get though! Such a bummer that it's slowly declining.

Lesser quality chipotle! I do got to say their homemade salsas are amazing! I got the hot and boy it was definitely kicking... I can't imagine the extra hot

Went here for a happy hour when we got to Salida - what a great HH! They had BOGO draft beers (not too many options on draft - I think six - but some good local ones) and our friends got margaritas. We weren't that hungry so only got an appetizer of chips and guacamole, which tasted very fresh. Service was OK - everyone was nice but it was SLOW. Surprised how quiet it was for 5PM on a Friday? It was snowy so people probably weren't out and about. Would definitely come back for a burrito - the restaurant had a lot of seating and seems like it'd be a great hangout spot in the summer. Prime location, was walkable to our Airbnb downtown!

This is my steak burrito from Mo burrito. It is very large in fact bigger than my head and I got a fat head.

Six years ago, I took a trip all over Colorado to try to find the best burrito. Look no further this is it. The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean and quaint with a nice atmosphere. My only regret is that I live in Michigan and there is no Mo burrito there

Ok these burritos are REALLY good. It has a qdoba/chipotle vibe where you can build your own burrito and with fresh delicious ingredients. I got a veggie burrito which was huge and the perfect thing to satisfy my hunger. Be careful of the hot salsa because it is very hot!!! Didn't stop me from devouring the burrito followed by chips and guacamole. Restaurant itself is pretty big and there's a bar area too! I noticed that they also serve margaritas and they have an outdoor patio. Definitely worth checking out if you love burritos.

Veggie burrito- both beans and all ingredients are veggie friendly.

The burritos from MO Burritos were yummy and huge. I would highly recommend splitting a burrito.

Delicious food, fast service. If you have ever been to Chipotle in a big city- it's similar food but much better choices!!

I love make-your-own burrito restraints and this one did not disappoint. My family of 5 were all satisfied.

Solid Chipotle style burrito place. Great to see a locally owned adaptation of this model done well with games, beer and attitude.

Not my favorite place. I had a chicken burrito and it had an off flavor that I could not identify. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

Very average; would compare to a mediocre Chipotle. Not a lot of options, meat is dry. Wouldn't come here again.

Bean breakfast burrito was really good. It was already premade so no alterations could've been made.

Nestled among the peaks of the Sawatch Range, where tumbleweeds might theoretically roll if they weren't caught in the spokes of a passing bicycle, sits an establishment of peculiar perfection: The Biker & The Baker. My compass has unerringly pointed to their door every single time I visit Salida over the past five years. It is a tradition forged in sugar and chain grease, where the rugged American West meets the precision of French pastry. Pairing high-desert riding with artisanal baking seems like a recipe for a pile-up, but the execution here is a sweet ride. You will find aerodynamic cyclists sitting elbow-to-elbow with flannel-draped modern prospectors, united by a singular quest for butter. The Biker handles the gears, the Baker handles the tiers. They aren't just coasting on charm; they are pedaling toward culinary triumph, baking up a storm that rivals the monsoons over the Arkansas River. The confections are miniature monuments to indulgence. I have routinely panned for gold in this valley, but the true motherlode is their lemon tart--a symmetrical marvel of citrus striking like a high-noon sun. Their charcuterie boards are arranged with the geometric exactitude of a surveyor mapping a railroad. Whether you are gearing up to summit Mount Shavano or recovering from a grueling promenade, this sanctuary provides the requisite fuel. It is the exceedingly charming destination itself.
