They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.

I had to leave out of province for two months to care for another elderly relative. By the time I returned and viewed the statement from the auction house, I saw that Eager Beavers were a bit too eager and disposed of many wrong items! I am not impressed at all. And to top it off, I was charged an extra $1500. over my initial quote, $1000 of which was spent for 4 guys to sit in a truck while they were stuck in traffic.
