Thereafter, I quickly received a job bid/price that was reasonable and fair. When the work began, they set the plants out and made sure I was happy with the plant placement. Victor and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete, everything looked and worked great. Upon completion of everything, I received an email from Anthony providing me with the irrigation schedule and aftercare instructions. This company was very easy to work with. Anthony, Victor and the others were very diligent and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your landscape needs.

Complete scam, absurd prices, and terrible communication!…read more STAY FAR AWAY FROM GROWSCAPES. A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Do not waste your time with this company. They will only waste yours and try to rip you off in the process. The guy who came out to my house tried to make the installation seem super complicated, like it was some massive technical job. In reality, the Rain Bird controller only costs about $230 to buy, and the installation takes maybe 20 minutes to do yourself! Yet I received an outrageously inflated estimate of $1,390 total, with $1,195 allocated just for that controller installation. On top of that, they slipped in a $195 charge for an irrigation audit that they originally quoted me $150 for in person. When I sent a reasonable email simply asking for an itemized breakdown of the materials and labor, as well as questioning the surprise price markup on the audit, I got zero answer. Complete ghosting. Zero customer service, zero transparency, and absolute radio silence when called out on their shady pricing. Save yourself the headache, money, and time. Look elsewhere or do it yourself. These people are price gouging scammers.

Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. The uploaded before - and - after photos show the success of this project. Eric is very professional and was resourceful in assisting with identifying ideas for the success of out project. He then got started the next morning. It took Gilberto and his team about five hours to give the front and back yards a complete overhaul. There were SO many weeds that needed to be pulled, random flower boxes filled with dirt and trash, trees and bushes that needed trimming and pruning, and overgrown grass in the yards. He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

Ben and his team are fantastic. After months of searching for someone trustworthy, I was recommended by a neighbor to talk to Ben and see his work. They redesigned my backyard, replacing the old grass, shrubs, and steps with a modern layout that feels so much bigger. He helped us choose the flooring tile, stone for the wall, and built a fountain and outdoor kitchen to tie it all together. Ben and his team are great! He did my back yard in Great Park, Irvine. My wife and I are very pleased his quality of work. He installed artificial turf, casted concrete stepping blocks and a terracotta tile deck. His team ran irrigation along the perimeter to water our succulent garden. They set the bar EXTREMELY high as most other companies were not as professional and I did not feel comfortable with their presentation. Also, the price point was more than fair with Dave Pratt. Once my HOA approved the drawings they provided, we scheduled a mutually convenient time for the install. There was a crew of 5-6 people at my home for 2-3 days working in 90 degree heat from 8:00am - 6:00pm non stop. They were incredibly professional and the quality of work EXCEEDED my expectations.
