Where to start... Unprofessional, rude, disgruntled, not honest, and racist (based on where you live). I am one of 4 people that accompanied my friend here to purchase what he thought was a quality part. The owner went on and on about how amazing this part was and that it was nearly indestructible. After my friend believed his sales pitch he paid $100 more for the part then it was listed for online from other sellers. The part cost a total of $391.80 and it broke 2 weeks later after a 20mile ride. After contacting the owner several times for assistance he ABSOLUTELY refused to stand behind the quality of the parts he was selling. My friend explained this defective part cost him $2500 in damage and he wanted a refund because there was no way he was going to reinstall another bad part. The owner refused and told him to deal with the manufacturer. He then asked if he could return a brand new warranty replacement part after the manufacturer sent it to him but he still refused. I'm not sure why he wouldn't take a brand new part back and resell it. What does he have to lose? He obviously did not want these defective parts back on his shelf new or broken. Had he done the honorable and reputable right thing he would have probably got more return business in the future and made a customer happy. But that was not the case, the owner instead attacks my friend with profanities online after he left a poor review, then he gets his friends to attack him as well and make rude comments about him based solely on where hes from and currently lives (that review can be read below here from a fake person named Elvis). Myself and our friends would not waste our time writing 1 page reviews about how horrible this situation was if it were not true. We would not recommend dealing with this business for rentals or parts. read more

My group rented 3 Kawasaki side by sides from this company (two 2-seaters and one 4-seater) for two days. The staff was very nice and helpful. I believe Dustin was the name of the man who checked us in and he knew a lot of information. He seems to have been in the Moab area for quite sometime so he was able to recommend some really great trails as well as areas to avoid. The last day of our rentals, we went to the Catacombs trail by way of the scenic route. We were about 15min away from the Catacombs when our rental (one of the 2-seaters) seemed to run out of gas. We had entered the trail with half a tank of fuel (3 bars) and were now only just below half (2 bars). We were an hour in to the trail and had no cell service so we were unable to contact the company to come help us. Luckily we were with our friends who had the other 2-seater rental. They left and headed back to the rental center to get us some help. This trail is a popular trail as there was a fair amount of people who passed us while we were waiting for help. After about 2 hours, Dustin came to us with the side by side that our friends had returned. He gave us that one to drive back (as it was now an hour past our return time) and he had another co-worker on the way with some tools. The issue was that the fuel pump had gone bad and went out on us. By the time we returned to the rental center, Dustin and his co-worker returned not much longer after we had been there. They were so nice and understanding with this equipment failure that we had. We had such a great time and would definitely rent from Moab Side X Side Adventure again in the future! read more

This owner of this company is a complete scammer who does not care about customer satisfaction what so ever. I bought a $400 part which broke prematurely after 2 weeks. When contacted for help the owner told me to kick rocks and deal with the manufacturer. Well after this part caused $2500 in damages and replacement labor I refused to install a warranty replacement and asked for a refund. The owner refused. He refused to stand behind the poor quality parts he was selling and blamed me the customer for it breaking, but when he sold it to me he promised me the world and that this extreme heavy duty part would never break. Well it broke less then 2 weeks and 20miles later. I have asked nicely more than once for him to make this right and he still refuses. After leaving a poor review on Facebook he calls me a whiny bitch. Something is fishy at this place. Why would he not want to take a brand new warranty replacement part back from the manufacturer and give me a refund, since I now have zero faith in him or the part now? Who can afford for this to happen again? I sure dont have $2500 to spend every 2 weeks on junk parts. I left a review on Google which he quickly got deleted so no one else would catch onto his scam. This guy had nothing to lose and everything to gain from making me the customer happy. I would have probably returned and gave him more business but after the way I've been treated it's my new mission to tell everyone about these shady parts and his disrespectful demeanor. Not a good business to deal with. Not only are they not professional they are extremely rude. I visited this business with a friend who was scammed out of an overpriced defective part that broke within 2 weeks of little to no use, not mention the original OEM part lasted 1500miles and almost 2 years of use. After lots of correspondence between my friend and the owner all he can do is blame my friend instead of stand up for what is right. This faulty part cost $2500 in repair damage to his machine along with a new quality part from another dealer. If your going to sell defective parts atleast back them up. The owner and his few friends insist on atyacking my friend instead of helping him is total unprofessional. My friend offered to return the brand new warranty replacement part for a refund and the owner still refused. Something not right about that situation, why would he not take a brand new part back to sell again? Not only would he not do that but after my friend left a negative review this owner begins to attack him and have his associates demean him based on where he's from and where he lives. Do Not Rent From These People! The owner Jason is a completely rude and should not be in business. Please don't take my word for it, read the prior review and just walk in and get a feel for what a complete scammer this company is. There are so many of these companies, please don't chance having your vacation ruined by these people. My family went from having the best trip to the worst all due to Jason. My hope is that enough of these reviews come in and it puts them out of business. Customer satisfaction isn't in these peoples' vocabulary. Their staff, man in 40's with dark hair is a complete LIAR! I Broke 2 front axles on Rusty Nail on Friday, got back to the truck at 5:50, was able to call before they closed. They informed me they barely sold their last set, although they told me Madbros on the South end of town would have what I needed and opened at 9am, I got to Madbros at 9am Saturday morning to find 2 axles set aside on the counter. I paid and went down to Moab SxS to pick up a seal, he told me he ran up the night before to set them aside for me, then he took the time to make sure that I had the seal I needed, these guys definitely earned a returning customer. Rzr Dust (aka Dustin) is the man to know if rock climbing in Moab. It's all about the Razors and your confidence in the Razors. Moab Side X Side Adventures, LLC keeps their Razors in tip top condition, really incredible machines. Fantastic customer experience. They also have the best repair shop in town, and stock numerous parts and tires. They do recovery operations, which would be fun to see. Dustin gave us a good education on how to drive and really accelerated my ability. Renting a Razor from Moab Side X Side and doing some rock climbing was the highlight of our trip. We had a fantastic experience renting from Dustin and Jessica! My boyfriend was an experienced ATV rider but I was not and they both encouraged and calmed me. We rented for a full day. They provided maps of the area and talked us through different trails to try. They provided a cooler and ice For the day!! The rig was in great shape and ran beautifully. We were in Moab for the weekend and had reserved a side by side for the day. The great experience started when we found out the shop was a stones throw from our hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to someone who never rode a side by side before. We spent most of the day following tours and other solo riders. In May this year 2024 ,it was our first trip to Moab. I talked to Dustin about trailer rentals before we left. When we got there the hitch he had for rent wouldn't fit into my receiver due to MY modification's for a mudflap. Dustin went above and beyond to go buy a new hitch and ball that would fit.
