This place is clean and they're respectful when speaking to me. Every time I've been here, they've pretty much stuck to appointment times. I debated giving them a 3 or a 4 star rating, unfortunately you can't give a 3.5 which is what I honestly believe is warranted. Every time I come here for an alignment, I always have to bring it back because the steering wheel is never centered. It's not off by much, but to me it's like the mechanic noticed it and said "meh, it's close enough". There was also an issue that I found out from the dealership, where an outer tie rod end was fused to its nut. They couldn't back the nut off at all. I had recently gotten an alignment at Firestone and I was at the dealership getting an oil change. I had them check the alignment and when they went to go make an adjustment they found, they couldn't because of the issue with the outer tie rod end. I left the dealership, came to Firestone to ask them about it and they went back to ask the mechanic that did my vehicle. Pretty crappy when he said yeah he couldn't get it backed off. Was nobody going to tell me? You've been doing alignments on my vehicle this whole time but never able to adjust the left tie rod end?? It wasn't a dramatic adjustment needed but still.. I've since replaced inner and outer tie rods on both sides so we're good now. but I would have liked to have known so I could prolong the life of my tires you know? Also, sounds nit picky, but I've never seen that fridge have anything in it in the 2 years I've been coming here. Why even plug it up??

1-Star Review I had…read morea very frustrating experience at Firestone. I went in specifically asking them to check whether my auxiliary battery was low on my Jeep. I explained upfront that the auxiliary battery is located in the front tire area and is not easily accessible like it is on some other vehicles. The employee told me he was already familiar with this and said that if I left my vehicle around 3 PM, they would have an answer for me by approximately 5:30-6 PM. I left my vehicle there based on what I was told. Around 6 PM, after not hearing anything, I called for an update. I was placed on hold for an excessive amount of time and then the call was disconnected. I called back, and I was told that the employee who initially helped me, was with a customer and would call me back. At that point, I was understandably frustrated because I had specifically been told I would have an answer by 5:30-6 PM. After I pushed for an update, I was told they were just barely starting to look at my vehicle and that it would now need to stay overnight because they had to take things apart to access the battery. That is NOT what I was told when I dropped my vehicle off. If I had been told from the beginning that this would potentially require disassembly and an overnight stay, I could have made an informed decision about whether to leave my vehicle there. Instead, I was given a timeframe, left my vehicle there for hours, had to call them myself for an update, was left on hold and disconnected, and then found out they were only just beginning to look at it. I ultimately picked up my vehicle because I no longer felt comfortable leaving it there. The biggest issue wasn't that the repair was complicated -- it was the lack of communication and the fact that I was given one expectation and then told something completely different hours later. My time was wasted, and I should have been given accurate information from the beginning.

This is an auto shop that will fraduently charge full price for broken parts and unsafe repairs. CS Lee Tire and Auto replaced wheel bearing assembly in September 2024. Failure of front right assembly occurred 3367 miles after repair. Vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to assess the damage. Vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive and inoperable as the damage CS Lee had caused to the vehicle made it impossible to get the wheel back on. They stripped the threads on the CV axle, installed anyways instead of fixing the part, and then didn't bolt it down properly. Incredibly dangerous work on a safety critical part.

When I got home I realized they had not even vacuumed out the car. When I go and look at the detail paper of what they had done they had entered "declined" for vacuum. Which was not even true, that was part of the entire reason I went there. Today I go to clean my windshield and a tiny splash of windshield washer fluid comes out then it's done. So they didn't even refill it as stated on the paper. I usually don't go to Walmart, it was just convenient but I will never be back to this one at least. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
