This is an auto shop that will fraduently charge full price for broken parts and unsafe repairs. CS Lee Tire and Auto replaced wheel bearing assembly in September 2024. Failure of front right assembly occurred 3367 miles after repair. Vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to assess the damage. Vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive and inoperable as the damage CS Lee had caused to the vehicle made it impossible to get the wheel back on. They stripped the threads on the CV axle, installed anyways instead of fixing the part, and then didn't bolt it down properly. Incredibly dangerous work on a safety critical part.

I came here to get a full synthetic oil change about a week ago. It took about an hour, in the…read moremeantime I had gotten groceries. I had a lot of groceries so I paid and went home. When I got home I realized they had not even vacuumed out the car. When I go and look at the detail paper of what they had done they had entered "declined" for vacuum. Which was not even true, that was part of the entire reason I went there. Today I go to clean my windshield and a tiny splash of windshield washer fluid comes out then it's done. So they didn't even refill it as stated on the paper. I usually don't go to Walmart, it was just convenient but I will never be back to this one at least.
