He attempted to purchase a cup of coffee and was told "we are not open yet, we open in another hour." Are you kidding me?, he said. He is out there plowing the roads so this employee can be at her job and that is the treatment he gets??? He was not asking for anything free and since he could see the coffee was ready why couldn't she sell him a cup? When you plow the highway you can't always return to the same destination and there were not many establishments open during the blizzard. He explained this to her but she had an attitude and firmly said "NO." It became an intersection that we could never walk by without my dog making a bee-line over to greet Sam. I started patronizing the gas station for gas just because of Sam's cheerful and friendly personality. His employees are always pleasant and efficient, gas prices VERY fair for full service and though I have not gone there for any auto repair/service yet, I would feel comfortable bringing my vehicle there for that.
