However instead of taking the VISA card from my wallet, I mistakenly took the American Express card! OK, I filled my tank and was charged $ 32.15 and the gas pump issued a receipt for that amount. Upon arriving home, back in NY 6/26/25, I looked at my American Express card statement online and see that East Coast Gas charged me $ 100.00. OK, I can understand a penalty, but an extra $ 67.85!!!!! I looked for East Coast Gas online and finally saw a site with a phone number listed for it - 617-926-4325. I called that number several times and each time was told - "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." I guess East Coast Gas does not want any phone calls. On may previous visits to Watertown I have purchased gas at this station many times. Well, I can certainly guarantee East Coast Gas that I will NEVER PURCHASE GAS AT THIS STATION AGAIN. Sal S

He punched my car and then started yelling at me. when i asked him why he hit my car, his response was "I can do whatever i want to your car, i can destroy it if i wanted to. This is my property!" These people treated me awful and my little brother was scared the entire way to school. what an awful way to start a little kids morning. Being rushed out without properly doing your safety checks and wearing your seat belts can cause safety hazards. The owner or his son is being too profit driven and its scarcity mindset, risking customers/drivers' safety.

There's a gas station down the street that is also full service and a few cents cheaper but their service is nothing like here. They wash your windows while pumping your gas. They are friendly, polite. Once I went to fill my tires and the guy came out and did it for me. I didn't even ask or think about it. They are all just good employees. I have never waited too long there. Quick service. They have good gas too because it doesn't burn fast.
