To our great surprise, we were contacted recently (July 2026) by the dealership and advised that we'd been overcharged for the deductible and Ed Koehn was cutting my wife a check. One might argue that the alignment should have been done with the initial headlamp install, but one cannot argue about the honesty displayed regarding the over charge.

She tried again "they're buy one, get one for a dollar!" I declined again, and heard her whisper "dang it," and she looked genuinely sad... I asked if she got a kickback or something for selling candy, and she explained that the employees bonuses are based solely on how many candy bars they push, and further explained that they get a monthly "quota" they must meet as a team, and if the quota isn't met no one gets the monthly bonus, no matter how many items an individual team member sells. How much of a bonus, you may ask? $50/per employee. And the monthly candy quota? 14,000 candy bars. FOURTEEN THOUSAND. No one should be made to beg for a bonus which is essentially what this money-grubbing Corporation is forcing their employees to do. (I bought 4 candy bars.) Do better, Speedway.

The convenience store inside has much of the same offerings as other Speedways. Speaking of restaurants, in addition to the McDonald's, there are quite a few fast food joints in the immediate area. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.

Contacted Sid's as one of four potential places to work with and the price range estimated was half that of others. Had the van towed in for service and they had it up and running the same day under the higher amount they quoted. We have been driving the van for the past week and honestly it runs better than before the issue occurred. Very fortunate to have found Sid's and have them resolve the issue!
