It seems like a lot of their experienced employees left. Management is great, however. They're trying. Waited almost two hours with only two cars in front of me in line. We were coming from Milford to go to Michigan adventure and our diesel truck fuel filter clogged and we limped to his Pennzoil store. He put a new fuel filter on and we left, had the same issue so turned around and drove 18 miles an hour on I 96 back to his store. He again did a bunch of things to test the issue and help the problem. Then he took our truck for a test ride to see if that fixed it. While my three sons and I were waiting his employees asked us if we wanted a soda or water. I cannot say enough nice things about this place.

Called the lady at the front desk explaining I had an oil leak and it was the gasket. She said it would take 30 min to fix and so I came on lunch break. Ended up she must have not communicated to them I had an oil leak, all they did was give me an oil change which I had just had 4 days prior. I specified it was an oil leak, why would I go wait 2 hours for an oil change when I can go up street and get one instantly. Then I wait 2 hours and don't understand why no one calls customers who have appointments and tell them they will need to wait. So 2 points, they didn't know about cars enough to understand what I was saying was wrong or didn't care to pay attention, and secondly they took 2 hours after saying it was 30 minutes. I wouldn't mind if they called me in advance but the front desk worker doesn't seem to care.
