Once I paid and finished the drive through wash I pulled around for the exterior interior portion. Initially the guys began walking up to start and then a guy that stated he was the manager came over and stopped them. He said they were no longer cleaning the inside of cars because they did not have enough people to do so. I looked around at about 6-8 guys standing around waiting to work on my car. The manager asked if anybody told me about them not doing anymore interior cleaning. I said no, in fact if they did I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to pay for one. Right? I then asked who I could talk to inside to discuss a a refund/ adjustment on the $36 I had just paid for exterior interior. He said I'm the manager, and I so I asked him about the refund. He then says well wait we can do one more, and yells to the guys to start working on my car. They did a great job. However, the encounter overshadowed the experience. Especially because they close at 6:30pm and I was there at 4:30pm. This doesn't seem like a professional establishment.

I pulled in, and almost right away noticed the long line. I didn't have time to wait in a line that long, but they have barriers up so you can't get out. So I thought I could call them and ask if someone could come and help me figure out how to get out. I did the option where you call and they call you back and hold your place in line- an hour later and still no phone call. So, I sat stuck there for over 30 minutes, just waiting to get to the point of the car wash so that I could escape. I figured I could at least go over to the vacuum cleaners that I've seen at every other Flagship- nope. They don't have those there. So 30 minutes wasted, just to sit in a line that I was trapped in. I love the Flagship on Padonia Rd and would recommend them any time (in fact I'm going to go write my review for them next), but I will never go back to this location. 0 stars, would not recommend.

In the wash tube, there was a horrible…read moregrinding noise, and it turned out that a piece of the fabric that slaps the car as it washes had wrapped itself around my roof rail, and wedged itself in tight. No one in the drying tube told us this thing was hanging off our car. We realized it when we made our next stop--and turned right around and went back to show it to them. A nice young man tried to remove it and couldn't. He called the owner, who had him ask me to bring it back the next daso he could see it. The young man cut some of it away so there would be less hanging off my car. The next morning, I went back and met with Michael--the owner. He tried to get it off, and couldn't. He then had someone else try, and that person couldn't get it off, either. We agreed that it needed to be done by a body shop, and I said I would take it to Hunt Valley Auto Body, which Michael agreed was a good place to go. The last thing he said to me was, "Let me know if I owe you anything." The next time I could get an appointment at the body shop was in November. The bill I paid for the work was just over $300. I sent a copy to Michael to ask how he would like to handle it. He didn't reply. I tried a second time. He didn't reply. I sent it again, this time, certified mail, return receipt requested. He received it, and didn't reply. That's where we are. My SRX was damaged, and the owner won't do the right thing. I used to be a regular customer. Now I'm never going back.

The first time I came in with a mobile order, which no where does it tell you to pick up at register. The African woman I spoke with who had long braided hair was busy, but was being rude with me when I was simply asking about my order. Keep in mind I'm using my little 15 minute break during work to do this. She didn't listen to me about the fact I ordered 10 minutes prior and didn't consider I made a mobile order. My break is up and I finally get to find out that it's been sitting at the register the entire time. I go to work and find the burrito had no cheese or egg. At this point in infuriated. I call in about this with my frustration so hopefully it'll be ready by the time I get back. I get back, I show the issue. We confirm the APP is the problem with not having egg, however I still didn't receive cheese. Once we confirmed it was the APPs fault, I was able to calm down some. The order screens on site give you the egg option, but online/app doesn't. The woman who I spoke with first time was much more understanding and respectful talking to me as well which made me feel better. They remade my order, let me keep the mess up for my time used, and gave me a free fountain drink for my time. All of these kind curtesies they did for me changed my 1 star review ready to break something to 4 stars. The service changed the second time around, the majority of the order mistake was the app's fault, and I was compensated for the large amount of time I had to use for this encounter. I appreciate the staff for the second encounter. I do not recommend ordering this burrito online or through the app unless you can add a note lol.

I booked with On The Spot cleaning instead and they come to you which is better anyway. They listed all their packages and you can pick steam cleaning etc.

I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job…read moreimo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out. BUT, the work they put into my truck far exceeded my expectations of just how much would come out. It looks almost completely brand new again! And the value, holy crap you cant beat that. I honestly believe they are watering the gas down. I put gas in my car and my mileage was reading 162 MI when I got home which I went straight home my mileage read 149 miles. This gas station is not 13 miles from my house . I went on Google Maps and according to that it is 2.9 mi from my house . So you do the math . It's costing me less money per gallon but I'm losing the mileage at the same time . Sorry you just lost the customer .
