I purchased my tires believing the road hazard warranty would protect me if something unexpected happened. When one of my tires was damaged by a road hazard, my claim for a replacement was denied. Why spend $1,200 to $2,000 on a warranty that is not honored when you actually need it? What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. The technician, the supervisor, and Sam's Club customer service were rude and unprofessional. Day after day, I was told, "We will call you back within 24 hours," but no one ever followed through. When I called back, I received the same empty promises--first 24 hours, then 48 hours--yet there was still no response and no resolution. In my opinion, the information I was given was inconsistent and dishonest, and I was treated with complete disrespect instead of receiving real help or a clear explanation for the denial. I expected much better customer service from Sam's Club. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying tires there if you are relying on the road hazard warranty.
