The associate that assisted me proceeded to scan in my tix I had one for $100 and 2 for $20 each. During this process he (Marc) made an error and called his supervisor over he had scanned the $100 ticket then tried to tell me it was previously scanned and wasn't going to give me my money. We did exchange words I asked for a manager and the other associate stated he was a supervisor and when we exchange more words he stated he would watch the tapes and after if I gave him a problem he was going to call the police. I did not yell or threaten him but I was curt that "Marc" made a mistake and I wasn't leaving without my money owed. I waited approx 10 minutes when another associate came over and picked up the ticket and I politely asked her not to dispose of it until the supervisor returned she stated that she was told to pay me. So after reviewing the video the supervisor obviously realized Mar. had made an error and although I received my $ nether of those two had the courtesy to apologize for threatening me with police action for not accepting that they were wrong or the courage to face me and finish the transaction. Marc knew he made an error which is why he called the supervisor over and how this whole ordeal began. He should have admitted and saved me the embarrassment of being arrested for standing up for my rights and preventing theft. I did get the "supervisors " name as I did not see a name tag. But This is unacceptable and I nah also reach out to the lottery commission my commission

The gas station itself had really fast pumps and the convenience store here was great. This convenience store had all the snacks we were looking for as well as a Dunkin' Donuts which was convenient. The staff here was really nice and the service overall was great. It is nice to see that since they franchised to Circle K they have cleaned up a bit and made the bathrooms here a bit more comfortable. In the end, this was a great place to stop at to fuel on the road. It was nice to pull out of their driveway and practically be on the highway. We will continue to come back here if we need to fill our tank in the future.

There are one or two here and there, but if you don't know the area you'll get lost or run out of gas before you find one, and they definitely wont be open late! Hate to say it but the mom and pop gas stations can't compete with the gas prices at Cumbys now. Its really brand new (hence the oh thank heaven thing) and the employees are friend;y and helpful. In the morning hours its a bustling , well oiled machine inside, with the $1 coffee I hope it puts Dunk's out of business, they are crazy popular with the local crowd now. I'll bet the old folks in town couldn't stop talking about it before it opened and now that it is, they have a whole new fun subject to talk about over breakfast across the street at the Westminster cafe! Its comforting to go to a gas station where the pumps are all quick and new and the buttons aren't all worn out. Another note of efficiency - there are 3 entrance/exits so it never gets terribly jammed even during the busiest of times. As far as convenience, Cumby's has terrible store brand products, with very little selection and high prices - but hey its a gas station this is NOT where you buy dinner or go for a bargain. The coffee however, is not phenomenal, but it is certainly above average. If they ever have the Brazilian coffee blend, get that. Trust me its the best you are gonna get at Cumby's.. I asked to switch back to mailed statements and they refused. Missing statement issues continue. Statements when they come are not issued on any particular day of the month and may be missing interest earned. I have also gotten billed for another person's delivery. This took many phone calls to supposedly straighten out, then I got another bill weeks later and had to call again. Pricing has gotten worse. They used to offer pre-buy customers the lower of the prepaid rate or the daily rate, but no more. This is costing me an extra 17 cents per gallon and I will be taking my business elsewhere next year. When I called to question this I was asked for my name, then told that I have to pay the higher rate. I got the sense if I had not complained about them billing me for someone else's oil they would have bent on the price and given me the daily rate, although the mistake was theirs not mine.

This franchise frequently changes hands and at those prices will fail again and switch ownership again. There are problems with the pumps dispensing premium when you select regular. I caught this error soon after I started pumping the last time I was there (months ago when they had an unusual competitive price blip) and the clerk would not give me the less than $1.00 I was overcharged so I reported them to the state Weights and Measures. Their number is posted on the pump by law.
