I've been avoiding using your station for the last 10 years since your costumers service was so nasty, rude and humiliating. I will never forget your rudeness when I was looking for somebody to break my $100 bill so I could pay AT&T since they were out of change themselves. It was cold and I asked you politely to break my bill yet all what I got back was a dirty look, you said "I don't feel like giving any change", when I asked why, you asked me to leave the store and stop bugging you. CAUTION! Thief gas station! Here is my terrible experience today: At the pump station, I first tried to my credit card few times but the card reader acted like it did not recognized my card.. I tried a different card and the same situation happened. I went for the cashiy and paid for the gas.. then went to pump the gas at my number. However, the gas meter went extremely fast from $0-10 only took 1second. I got very suspicious and start the car and checked. My car did not recognized ZERO gas had went in.. I went back to the cashier and told him the situation, he blamed it on me & my car...with super bad attitude. I did not get my money back and get humiliated. Horrible, I mean HORRIBLE customer service, all 4 of the employees. Plus, they need to fix they're pumps, 2X I filled up gas, and no gas came out lol. I tell the employee, they say my car is tripping out. I have a new Lexus not even a year old, my range is written in numbers. So I give the guy 5 bucks and say fill it, I'll show you. Absolute trash. First of all it's insanely expensive, second they're apparently "out of regular and special" gas at EVERY PUMP. Therefore, you're forced to pay for premium which is priced at $6.30 right now. THEN, when I pre pay inside and go to pump my gas, the gas doesn't come out and isn't working? I go inside and they "fix" the issue. When I come back out and pump the gas, it stops pumping $0.25 short of what I pre paid for. At that point I was like f*ck it I'm leaving. You have to laugh at the 2021 old reviews talking about how expensive this place was..actually those kind of comments go back much further, to at least 2014----always expensive, now it's just plain laughable.....or, literally, criminal----at, today, $7.35 for regular, $7.65 for mid grade, $7.95 for premium.....the place is clearly price gouging, and should be immediately investigated and prosecuted, as would any other business involved in price gouging......when other stations can sell gas from the low 5's to mid 5's to even low 6's, (and I'm being generous, there), why is it that this particular station is at least a buck and a half over THAT! The guys who run this gas station are extremely rude. I had to have my car towed to a Just Tires center and needed change so that I could pay the tow truck, so I walked to Mobile. I handed one of the guys behind the counter a $10 and asked if he could break it down to a 5 dollar bill with 5 one dollar bills. He refused. I asked him if I purchased something, would be then be willing to do it. He shrugged. So I picked up a candy and placed it on the counter. He rolled his eyes at me and in another language, began to converse with the other employee behind the counter. I then had to explain why I needed change, and humiliated, I asked them if they could just help me out. They exchanged more words to each other and began laughing. Then finally the second employee said just do it. And as slow and reluctant as possible, the other employee charged me for the candy and placed my change on the counter. read more

I hate this place. Not only is their gas obscenely overpriced, the past two times (both instances happening months apart) having the utmost displeasure of dealing with one particular employee who seems to work evenings has made me never want to return to this dump. Will make a point to get his name sometime soon and have him fired. I stopped here last night out of necessity because I was almost on empty, and it was the closest station within reach. Went inside to pay and so I could use my rewards card, but didn't have the physical card on me and couldn't remember which alternate number I had linked to it. It was this Indian dude ringing me up, and I made it clear I didn't have my physical card on me and that I couldn't remember the exact number, but was going to attempt to enter a potential alt #. I typed in the incorrect one by mistake, and subsequently, the reader stopped responding. This asshole then felt it was necessary to start yelling at me, essentially berate and then blame me for their machine fucking up. I remembered back to when this very same instance had occurred months ago, which instantly triggered me. I sternly told him that their machine fuck up was not my problem and asked who he thought he was talking to with that shitty attitude. Seeing these numerous other reviews, I'm surprised this dick is still employed. I never once raised my voice, yet his retort consisted of something along the lines of screaming at me to 'stop yelling', some unintelligible garbage, and with him testing my patience, some back and forth, with him eventually and angrily expressing his refusal to serve me. I usually ignore rude and pissy clerks, but this fool is something else. I was happy to risk driving the hell on out of there on my dwindling tank to look for another station. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!!!!!! This gas station is complete BULL SHIT ! They will charge you but you won't get any gas. Came here this morning thank on "E". The pump charges my card and when I started me car tank was still on "E". I even checked my mobile checking account to make sure I was charged. And yep I was so I went the store to explain to the clerk what happen. He throws he a receipt my direct and tell me "there's nothing he could do about it". I'm trying to stay claim and explain to him again what happen & tell him he could even come look at the gage on my car that would say my tank was still empty. All he did was repeat "there was nothing he could do" over, and over, AND OVER AGAIN !!!! So now I'm pissed and ask to speak with a manager. The female clerk tells me I can call customer services and point to the door were the number is listed. I call customer service who tells me they can't do anything but file a complaint. After speaking with two different reps the give me a number to circle K which owns the mobile. When you call circle K it's basically a recording giving you numbers to reps all over the west coast. Oh and by way my phone is dying at this point. So I finally get someone to pick up the phone and he tells me HE CANT HELP but gave me the number to the franchise manager Gayla Williams Ph# 310-871-2667. After called her five times she picks up I tell her what happens thinking finally I will get some help she tells me she's going to call the store manager tell me to give her a few. She calls me back to say she spoke with the manager and I quote "he has on camera that the gas went in me car" DOSE THAT MAKE ANY FUCKING SINCE ?!?! NO ONE WAS ANY HELP !! read more
