This gas station scams I just got less than half a tank of gas for $50 and gas isn't even expensive right now it's $5.30 never in my life has it taken $100 to fill my entire tank they're obviously not giving you the gas you pay for I will never go here ever again read more

HORRIBLE! I went to full service to get air n my tire and the guy tells me I have to buy gas. SINCE WHEN?? I have come here before and had NO problems and I tipped and went on with my day. I asked JOHN (I'm sure thats not his real name ) since when did they start that? Every 76 I have ever gone has NEVER told me that! I said ok I'll put in a dollar because I already had a full tank, he says NO there is a $15 min per 76's rule! I said show me that in writing!! John says it is the rule of 76 Station and his store manger. Then of course he proceeds to give me the wrong number to corporate. I will never come here again! Horrible Customer Service and LAZY!! I stopped by here a few times while en route to Sunset Blvd. This gas stations sits along Robertson, close to Cedars Sinai. The convenience store is well stocked with good-quality snacks. Quite a bit of them are organic, which I appreciate. They also have the standard convenience store fare. They have one restroom, which is accessible by key. You just have to buy something to use it. I always found the restroom, and the store, to be clean. The staff here is friendly and in good spirits. The other patrons are mainly locals, and no weird characters hanging out in the area. The gas prices here are comparable to the area. This is a decent stop in the Beverly Hills vicinity. read more

Self air was broken asked him if i can use the full service one for 1 sec. and said no then said i am Handicap showed my sign i can do it myself or you can do it for me will take 2 seconds. I had an alert saying I have a low tire I stopped to see if someone could help me, the guy told me I needed to buy gas in order for him to help me I have an electric car! I offered to buy something at the store and he said it had to be gas. The worst business ever. read more

The attendant asked me to move my car so another customer could get gas at my pump. Like what??? It was so weird and disrespectful since he spoke this across the store in front of customers who were waiting on him at the register. The funny thing is, there were other pumps open. It's not typical for me to be rating a gas station on yelp, but because of the customer service, I just had to write this review! My experience at this gas station started off just like any other station. I went to go fill my gas tank, but this was my first time filling gas in my new car. I went to open the tank, but realized that it was different from my last car. Confused, I walked back into my car to look for a button that would somehow open the tank, but there was none to be found. Feeling like a total lame-o loser, I took the walk of shame into the gas station to ask for some assistance. Without any hesitation, the guy behind the counter popped up and came outside to see if he could figure it out. He was so nice about it and even had the courtesy not to laugh at me! Not only were they helpful, they were cheaper than the gas station across the street! Great service! Great Prices! My now go-to station in Beverly Hills! read more

The quality of service here was great, but it was NOT clear upon pulling in which stations were self-service vs full-service. A crew member came out immediately to fill up my tank and clean my windshield, but he did not say there was self-service available literally one row away. I appreciate that there's an option, but I wanted the more affordable choice which was not clearly explained or made clear to me as a customer. I wouldn't not come here in the future, but definitely be aware of self service vs full service, because the crew won't tell you there's a difference. read more

The cashier Samuel is rude (older man). He lacks simple manners to be polite. People who work in costumer service can at least know basic manners and not be rude. Do not use this gas station. read more

I am still in disbelieve on what just happened to me. I work for the Hospital very close to this location and during lunch I went to put gas because I was 4 miles. I decided to put only $10. because it's too expensive. After I was done I got in my car and turned it on and noticed it still said 4 miles so I turned it off n on again and still had 4 miles so I went to speak with the cashier a Hispanic man and told him what happened he said " you pumped the gas and your car is just taking a while to show you" I said no can I please speak with the person in charge. He starting yelling at another guy that was there to call JOHN, after I waited for almost 10 minutes for JOHN he told me he couldn't do anything. I told him to go check the pump and see what my car was reading and he refused to do that and was getting an attitude. My co-worker who was with me could not believe what was happening and told me to write a review and report it as well. we ended driving south on Robertson to the Shell and put $20 because is was about 50cents cheaper and got 254 miles, which means $10. they stole from me would off given me 122 miles right?? Pump #10 needs to be checked or maybe this is the way they make money from the rich people in that area. I wonder when was the last time the pumps were calibrated. read more

I did not like seeing trash piled up by the gas pump looks like someone just tossed their grocery bag on island. The store was clean but the bathroom was horrible. I t was soaking wet and it was not raining outside. Wall had stains on it. The garbage had graffiti that looked wet and was running off the side of the trash can. That garbage container should have just been replaced. However, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Just that bathroom needs to remodeled all together. read more

Just because you're located near the Beverly Center doesn't mean I'm going to pay upwards of 10% more than other gas stations to fill up. I've been a customer here for 3 yrs now I'm a local tow truck operator for the beverly hills police department this store was like my second home I shop here all day every day the employees with the blue shirts are awesome but the owners wife had major issues with lack of people's skills and customer service she had the nerve to question me on why I'm always there, to me it was a very embarrassing moment due to her questions in front of other customers and employees this woman has seriously put a dent in her husband's business they don't deserve us as customers as we get this kind of treatment. ......... read more

As gas stations go it's a gas station. For some reason I decided to review. I was not in the market for gas just some treats as I waited for my husband while at another location in neighborhood. It's clean, well stocked and they have a Icee Machine with the flavors Cherry, Mango and Watermelon, excited me but they are higher than giraffe ass an Icee, small bag of chips and a cheese stick was almost 7.00. Oh and I was able to pick up my lotto tickets for the night! I'll need to win to continue to pick up treats from here!!! Loll read more
