There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning. If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. Time is valuable, and I would have appreciated accurate expectations so I could have made other arrangements.

Since everything had to come off anyway, I bought a package deal online from Detroit Axle that included new bearings, rotors, and brake pads for all four wheels. Angel was incredibly accommodating and explained he could easily install the parts I provided.I shopped around for mobile mechanics in the Valrico/Riverview area, and Fair Tech was by far the most affordable. Out of the first five mechanics I called, two never responded and three were significantly more expensive than Angel. Quick Heads-Up: Google still lists Fair Tech as a mobile mechanic, but Angel has since opened a small garage and works out of that physical location now.The turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped my car off around 10:00 AM yesterday. They already had a car on the lift but assured me mine was next.
