Before you walk into the store, there a huge sign that says Alcohol sales Monday-Wednesday until 10PM The same hours are displayed on the cooler case where the beer is stored. I walk to the counter and the guy says no closed... I can't understand a word he's saying and ask him to repeat himself several times...I finally think I know what's he trying to say that "alcohol sales" are closed but it's 9:10PM, so ummm? I say to him- what's up with the alcohol sales til 10PM in huge noticeable letters and he says Yes... Okay! read more

I've been going here for over 2 years and last time I got gas they ripped me off. They never give me a receipt which was never a problem until they stole from me. I requested my usual $30. reg. 2 days later I discovered that they had debited my card $54.62. I went back 3 days in a row trying to see a manager and when I finally did, he pretty much told me I would have to eat the $24.62 they stole from me!!! Buyer beware! They are thieves and cannot be trusted. Very dishonest and shady. Do yourself a service and go across the street to the Shell station instead!!! read more

I've had BIG issues with this specific gas station in the past with the gas station staff. I'm sure that Mobil as a company is peeved that they have to employ a few extra associates because Milford is a full service town, because I'm sure that if it wasn't a full service town, they wouldn't be full serve, because every Mobil gas station I've ever gone to has been self serve.... which sometimes isn't a bad thing, but having full serve is easier for the customer all of the time (unless you actually LIKE to pump your own gas), and employs more people. If for anything that creates jobs in the world.... even if it is working at a gas station. Anyway, they have become much more friendly and actually doing their job correctly. Having to ask for someone to come over to pump my gas is something that should never be done here, especially when they used to previously just be interested in their cell phones rather than their jobs. Disgraceful.... well, I'm glad that changed. The store inside, Circle K, is nice enough. I actually have only seen Circle K convenience stores in New Hampshire, so seeing one in Milford was sort of a surprise. It used to be better with a Dunkin Donuts inside, but all of that has changed and now they have a gigantic section of alcohol in the "Circle K Beer Cave", lots of drinks, snacks and other junk you'd normally find in a convenience store. They have a few tables with chairs too... don't know why, but an interesting observation. Staff are friendly and helpful all the time, and the woman who I always see working here could not be more energetic about her job.... if I was working at a gas station convenience store I'd be much more miserable! 3 stars because I won't forget my past experiences, but look forward to continual improvements from now and into the future. read more

I stopped going here a while ago because they just take so long to start pumping and I'm usually short on time. But this last time was the first in a long time, and it reminded me not to come here. I never use my bank card as a debit, only credit, because it's easier to refute fraudulent charges and nip sketchy activity in the bud. Especially at a gas station, where credit card info is notorious for being stolen. Two employees attempted to force me to use my PIN number even after I said I prefer credit. I was put off and it felt sketchy. First, the guy would not listen to me ( just kept repeating "PIN number! PIN number!" ) he called over someone above him who spoke better English, and HE tried to manipulate me into using my PIN number "for your own security." Saying it's safer. I've never been to a gas station in my life that wouldn't allow me to pay with credit card. Please don't let these gas station attendants convince you it's safer to give them your PIN number! Call your own bank, they understand it a lot better, and they will explain to you as they did for me, it's safer as a credit card at a gas station if you cannot use cash! And trust your instincts, you'll be glad you did. read more

DONT get gas here. I personally don't trust the attendants at this place. On 3 separate occasions I have asked for regular gas and they have charged me for whatever is above regular in price. Super I believe? Doesn't matter. The point is, 2 different attendants have done so on 3 separate occasions, which to me, is no mistake at that point. Plus they leave your credit/debit card in the slot when they pump your gas which is kind of sketchy. I've heard things where stations can scam you that way. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been going here for food and gas for 5 years and since new management came in recently and the stuff I mentioned occurred, I have avoided his place ever since. read more
