While not a large store, it has just about everything you might need in a pinch while not cluttering the store with the extras you don't or won't need. During my visit to this store, I found the staff to be friendly, outgoing and most importantly, helpful. Those characteristics proved to be a far cry from the lack of communication skills I found in the two vastly larger supermarket chains that operate in the Rapid City area of the Black Hills - namely SAFEWAY and FAMILY FARE. Another nice aspect of shopping in Lynne's DAKOTAMART is the fact that their relative store sizes mean they are almost never overcrowded and therefore, you won't wait on long cashier lines. This proves another reason why on my next visit and when I move to the Black Hills region in 2026, I plan to start shopping regularly at these stores.

They have a dog bowel for water, sitting under the water fountain, just waiting for some fur babies to show up. The waiting area was very clean and so was the restroom. Since we had to wait for our parts to come in, we have stayed at the loves for a couple of days now. The store is very clean too and so are the showers. The staff needs to stop the chit chat, stop the showing off being loud mouths and just get people through the line. The obnoxious loud talking about nothing of importance is annoying to patrons and we don't want to hear about your plans for the weekend and boyfriend troubles. I was rather put out with everyone on their staff after the first time we stopped here. It just continues to get worse.
