Went there to get propane filled and nobody available to do it. Maybe you need to train more staff on propane filling? Disappointing.

I am not impressed with the day time manager. Rude, condescending and just nasty. She really should find a new job if she's that miserable. Also, why does the Subway never have the correct supplies to make the sandwiches? They are always outta something. Corporate really needs to look into this place. Right off the highway with a huge convenience store inside. The price of gas was the same if not lower than a little farther into Rapid City. What did I learn today? I think my windows were more dirty after my son cleaned them than before. read more

Typical pilot. Tractor trailer parking, fuel island, showers(amoung the best I ha e used), subway. Also a family resturant in the same lot. Staff was ok. There is also a truck and tailer service shop. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. We broke down in our RV. Overheating issues and shift cable issues. They RIGGED it enough to go our last 30 miles. BROKE down again as soon as we got to the campground. They ruined our carpet by coming inside with oil on his boots. Spent almost 900 on getting nothing fixed. read more

Very nice truck stop. Has everything you need for a long road trip. Plenty of parking spots and gas pumps there. Had clean restrooms while I was there too. Lots of staff working there and many places to eat around the gas station. Looked like a lot of things for truckers there too. read more

Shower was $12. I've seen in other reviews that $12 is high for a shower. Maybe it is, I honestly have almost no experience with travel centers. But I once paid $15 at a Pilot Travel Center in California, so to me this was a good price. Plus the last Pilot I tried to shower at wouldn't let me because I'm not a professional driver. So I was very glad to be able to get a shower. I went at 5pm which was apparantly the right time because there were zero other people there for a shower when I arrived, and zero people there for a shower when I was leaving. The staff was friendly and the shower was clean. read more

Brent (Brett?), in charge at this Travel Center the night we were in, literally saved our bacon! We needed to have money sent in an emergency situation. This wasn't going to happen through our bank of 30 years, though. We frantically went to Pilot Travel Center and Brent (Brett?) calmed us down and helped us through each step of the way sending money through WESTERN UNION. We had never done this before, and we were under a major time constraint! Brent was AWESOME. I think the guys that work at this location with him (Forest, another "B" name) are responsible and customer service oriented. We would highly recommend them! read more
