It's been several years since I worked in a detail shop, and maybe we didn't have all the updated equipment they have now, but never can I remember getting an interior done in less than an hour. I left the car at 8:30, walked 15 minutes to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and within 20 minutes I got a phone call saying my car was ready. Having scheduled 3 hours for this service,I was told the vehicle could not sit there and hd to be pick up immediately. So I had to have someone else pick up my vehicle, who didn't review the work. When I got home, I was shocked at the condition of the interior. There were fine white hairs all through the back of the vehicle, the sides of the seats looked like they were never touched because there were still drips of coffee visible. And the biggest shock were the floor mat were piled in the back upside down "because they were wet". The front 2 mats were not even touched, they looked the same as when I dropped it off. When I contacted customer service, first I was advised they don't clean the back of SUV's, without an additional charge. When I pointed out on their own website, the 225.00 does cover the rear, their new excuse was they contacted the location and they said it was cleaned and I should have brought it to their attention when I was there. . When I forwarded photos, showing it was not, they said the complaint would be escalated to a supervisor. 2 months and several message later, still no action. Cancelled monthly service, enjoying far better service at Crow cr wash, for less money a month. STAY AWAY!

I said hello to front desk clerk who was an older man sitting behind the register watching his TV. His daughter or relative was leaving from the back area freezer, placed at me angered and spoke to the older man in their language angered as if I had done something. The man turned off the tv as she walked out of the door and waited outside in front of the door in her parked white suv. The man watched me as if I was trying to steal something. I walked up to the counter to placed a bottle of tea down... he looked and said "that's all you want?" As if there was a problem. I said yes. He watches me intently still as if I wasn't going to pay and had a disgusted frown on his face. Once my payment went through, he hurried me along and would not give me my receipt. I stepped outside, and then his daughter or relative drove away once she saw me get into my car and start it up. I had been going to this place for years. Never had I experienced this interaction with them. They are Indian. Im not sure what provoked their attitude or disposition, but they will no longer have to worry about me ever stepping foot at their establishment again to spend any of my money. Very disappointing.
