I don't mind the up selling thing, but the slow pace is maddening. They won't even enter your data in the computer until the last car is finished. It took 50 minutes to get out of there. My normal oil change guys have me out in 10 to 15 minutes. I was on the other side of town and thought I would try these guys. Bad mistake, don't go there if you can avoid it. When I complained about the service they quoted company rules and regulations, about half a dozen of them, and then acted surly.​ The price wasn't any special either. Then she ask does my car overheat or does the fan stay on after the car is off. "No, it doesn't. So she shows me my coolant is not bright orange & says I need a coolant flush. I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. I do not trust him and his team, I was told my rotors were resurfaced and brake pads replaced, after three days I had my car serviced in San Antonio at Acura for something else and asked them to check Leo's work because something wasn't right. Acura sent me videos and pictures of both rear warped rotors. I called Leo and he said "that's odd cause everything was new and I did the work myself." I proceeded to try Brake Check again, this time going to a location in Boerne, Texas and was told yes, they are warped and will need to be replaced. I have a warranty on my brakes and rotors and that's why I chose for them to repair and replace them, otherwise I would have had Acura do it. I should have never been sent home with the rotors in the condition that they were in, luckily nothing serious happened while I was on the road. Daniel and Keith at the Boerne location replaced everything and made sure I was confident and safe on the road back before leaving the shop. I will make sure their corporate office knows how great they were and I will return to the location in Boerne. I would rather drive over 2 hours for trusted service, than drive 10 minutes down the road.
