I should have read the reviews. Had an oil change ($85) in my truck, the techs were rude and uninterested. Went for a bare minimum wash ($50). Wheel wells were still full of mud, said their pressure washer was broken. Said they would find a hose and try to clean it off. Still had bugs on the windows and dusty interior. Expensive, poor service and 2 hours wasted. Won't be back, save yourself the money and aggravation. read more

I went there so I could get my truck washed. Didn't seem to do much. I thought they washed it by hand there. They don't. They run it through a car wash. Everything they left on, was what I mainly wanted off. All the crew members really did was vacuum the inside and wipe the inside. Definitely not going back, and will never recommend this place. They tackled my backseat with all the dog hair and dead animal smell from my puppies. Even cleaned my cup holders that were sticky with who knows what. Went in at 4:30 and by the time I was done eating and running to PetSmart it was done. read more

I'm not too impressed with the service that was done on my vehicle. Not to mention, it took almost 2 hours and my car wasn't even very dirty upon dropping it off. Just wanted a quick wipe down of the doors, dash and console to lift the dust. My back seat wasn't even vacuumed. Definitely won't be returning. read more

Been here an hour, my truck is still in the vacuum line for a basic 14.00 wash. Has NOT even been through the wash yet. Be prepared to wait! Over and hour now, truck still not through the wash. I was second in line. I will NOT be coming back! UPDATE: after an hour an 10 minutes my truck went through the wash, where it was driven to a parking area, door left open, key on for another 10 minutes, with no one drying or cleaning. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I walked out, got in my truck and left without anyone ever saying a word. I will not be going back! You have been warned! read more

I had to wait an hour for a generic wash still not done. I was told they take cars in order but as I sat there only one left and a big truck came thru the wash bay and they skipped the other six vehicles and all four started working on the last truck. The gentleman next to me was livid and went to speak to the manager and the lady was complaining they hadn't even started hers but sure jumped on the big truck. I will never go back to Courtesy. I even told the attendant this is pathetic and he said isn't it. I hope someone will open another car wash. Speedy Stop is wayyyyyy better than this mess. read more

This was my first full service car wash since moving to Texas 4 years ago up until now I have been doing my own wash but with an urgency to have my car nicely clean for my guest traveling to Galveston spending $75 on what was just a dirty car I am so disappointed and will never go back and spend that kind of money the kid that did the wipe down on the car was very half hearted about it and I definitely should've checked his work before giving him a $15 tip because I knew how dirty my car was my suggestion is not to use this car wash go and do it yourself it'll be a much better job read more

I took my truck in, which wasn't bad by any means but I wanted it touched up. I even paid extra for the seats to be wiped down (the picture is after I asked him to rewipe it). This is how I got it back after $56 and wasn't happy. I gave 2 stars, because it was quick service.. the pictures explain why it was so fast. read more

The rear light was broken in may car, part of the car was damage too, and rear door no longer wants to open due to the blow received. The " manager", named Chris, is a perfect rude and ignorant. I had been coming here for 10 years ,but NEVER again. Obviously my family,my friends,neighbors, and ALL the trucks that my husband sent them for his company NEVER will return to that disgusting place either. read more

To start with, their service fees are on the expensive side. I have been here a few times. Yet, today I called to get a price quote and was told "they do the washes outside." Wow! What a profound statement! I had no idea cars were washed outside. All this time I've been doing it in my living room at home. Seriously, the lady was RUDE and would NOT give me a price estimate over the phone. Thus, they don't care about customer care or going the extra mile. Excellent service and good value for the $. The staff were all great and recommended I look at getting a new battery, so thankful they did. My battery was on its last leg and needed a jump at the next start when I left. Great service and squeaky clean car! read more

The last two times my truck has been washed by Courtesy Car Wash several areas of the truck were not clean and inside the carpet not completely vacuumed. The attendants are happy to help when overlooked issues are pointed out but the management acts interested but will not ensure customer satisfaction. My experiences on the last two truck washes have confirmed that their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction needs a huge improvement. *Will not return* read more

I asked for a vacuum service with armoral and a wash. I paid wayyy too much for it but I figured that it would be worth it since the were going to vacuum out car really well. I thought wrong. The only thing that came back vacuumed we're the car mars, and everything else was still pretty sandy. The backseats looked like they hadnt been touched hardly, and the mats were crooked like they had just been thrown back in the car. The a/c dial was cranked up the way like the workers had my car on the entire time and it looked like it ate up some of my gas because the meter was lower than when I arrived. The wash job was alright and the armoral interior work is beautiful, but they didn't do what I really wanted them to do at all. Not going here again. read more

Lack of get up in go in the staff. I paid $60 for a $5 wash. Waited a hour for them and they hadn't even started drying my car after it sat in the sun for a hour. So I decided to tell the guy don't worry about it and left. So I $60 for them to vacuum and run my car through an automated wash, a $5 wash. I'll chalk that one up to a cost of a lesson. Wash was good but service was horrible. Want to charge more for mud on truck and inside has dust. They are crooks and charge more for anything and everything. If you take a clean vehicle you probably won't get extra charges. Worst car wash ever been too. read more

Waaaayyy too expensive for what you get. Interior was poorly cleaned, streaks on interior windows, water spots on much of the exterior, wheels still dirty. Very unhappy with this business. Although I was there only (yes, ONLY!) an hour, MANY customers had been there over three hours! It's the only full service car wash in town, so I guess they think they can rip off the customer. Someone could open another full service wash and do a lot of business. I was visiting my daughter and don't live there or I would have gone back in person to place a complaint.
