I had a part go out on my car and took it to them to have it repaired and they checked back in their records and found that the part had been replaced a few years before and it was still under warranty. I didn't remember that and they certainly could have charged me to replace it again...but they didn't. They did what was right. I seem to always get to talk to the owner and he is very helpful in telling me my options. I go there often enough to know that they will take care of me and my cars.

This is an older car that seems to have a problem big or small every few months. We correctly determined that this had to do with the exhaust system. We called and spoke to Dale, and he welcomed us in and offered us a very affordable and quick fix to get us back on the road. He was honest, his crew worked very hard, and we felt completely taken care of. My fiancée remarked, "That's the fastest anyone has ever diagnosed and fixed a problem on this car."
