They advised me that there was a leak in the transmission coolant line that they could not repair but they had a friend down the road who could. The D Wells people looked it over, while also performing a top-to-bottom check and could find nothing wrong, saving me around $2000. I have only terrific things to say about D Wells. I am especially impressed with their communication and, judging this this episode, their honesty.

They did a very good job in re-balancing the wheels but they obviously have no clue as to the value of a customer's time. I was at the dealership for 3-1/2 hours for this relatively simple procedure. It was obvious to me that they were giving walk-ins a higher priority than appointments. This is completely unacceptable. Everytime I go to this establishment, the wait time is longer than expected. Recently bought a vehicle from out of state and needed to get a front license plate bracket…read moreinstalled. Contacted the dealership and they wanted $50, so I decided to see if an independent shop near me would do it for less. I called Jose's since it's about 5 min from me and they said it wouldn't cost much since it was an easy job so I stopped by. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them. Also the time frame was faster than I could've hoped for... I have not been underneath my vehicle to inspect their work but I will when the weather breaks... I have a full year warranty on all work performed like most placed and they beat all the previous quotes I got for complete exhaust work on my 2016 Chevy Equinox... The only thing not replaced was my rear muffler... So from manifold to the rear muffler was replaced for under $700 which from the other quotes I got was a really good price!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing exhaust work and will be my go to for any exhaust work I need in the future... Keep up the good work!!!
