I have a repair that needs to be made on my car. I was not sure if it was the whole oil pan that need to be replaced or just the gasket due to two auto shops telling me two different things. I put a request on yelp to get a mechanic that could help me in figuring out this issue so I knew what I needed to replace. Fares answered my request almost immediately and offered to come out the next morning and look at my car for free, this was for a quote and to figure out what I needed, no work was done for free. He came at the exact time that he said he would be here and text me when he got here. He was very quick and efficient in looking at my car. I also asked him to show me pictures of what he had found. He did giving me a lot more clarity as to what is wrong with my car. I am planning to save the money and reach back out when the repair is ready to be made as the price he quoted me I felt was extremely fair, considering all the work that needs to be done. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Fares answered my inquiry within minutes and was able to set me up for same day service. Not only did he diagnose the issue I had with my rear brakes, but he also gave me all of the information regarding my front brakes to let me know that they were still in pretty good condition and what to expect when it comes to the point they need a replacement as well. He did not work on my front brakes however he did take my tires off and checked them thoroughly which made me feel much safer. He is a super friendly guy and I will be using this service again. Fast communication and honest. I thought I just needed new brake pads but he could show me an example of my rotors and good rotors. While he was willing to just do the pads like I had agreed, he gave me the option to also do the rotors. Total cost was still in alignment with other quotes but I didn't have to take time off work to wait in a shop.
