They had a good amount of options to clean the car: wax, rinse, pre-soap wash, etc. the only thing was the only get 3 minutes for $3 so you may have to pay twice or more. They take credit card which is nice or you can purchase tokens using cash. After that they have a place where you can clean your exterior portion of your car under a small shaded building with outlet plugs which I thought were cool. If you don't wanna do the self car wash they actually have a touchless car wash you can go through with a dryer. They also had coin operated vacuums. It wasn't busy and there was someone there cleaning the place up which was really nice. I will come here again to wash my car!

Not ghetto or anything like that always a smooth good experience and good pricing! The best part is that you can wash your car yourself and then drive through the car wash area to dry only for a couple dollars or so. Saves time drying and less water spots. You just give up and go to a better car wash that actually washes the rear part of your vehicle. I canceled my membership and despite repeated emails, not one response. Guess there's a reason I saw the 50% off sign. If you had any customer service, you wouldn't need a discount. I've emailed and called too many times to count. I'm done. Never been so done with any company.

Their overall equipment definitely looks newer, and I felt like I did a much better job getting the car cleaner than some of the other locations that I frequent. Sidenote, some of the locations have a very unpleasant, smelling car soap, and this one actually smelled very bright and clean. The only thing missing was staff! I didn't really see anyone around, except when I pulled in, and waiting to go into the car wash, I had to wait for someone to come out just to direct my car in, and turn the wash on. I have filled up at this gas station more than once. Tonight, I came here again for gas. Before…read morepumping gas, I bought two bottles of water. I gave the elderly cashier $10, and she gave me $3.30 in change. Then I handed her $50 for gas and clearly told her that the $3.30 change should also be applied toward the gas purchase. That was two $20 bills, one $10 bill, plus $3.30 in change, for a total of $53.30 to be used for gas. After that, I left the store. While I was cleaning dust off my windshield, the pump stopped. When I checked the pump, it showed only $43.30. I went back inside and spoke to the older Indian woman at the register. She insisted that I had only given her $43.30. What shocked me even more was that she said once I left the store, it was no longer her responsibility. I was very upset and argued with her. I asked her to review the security camera footage because I could clearly see there was a camera pointed at the register. However, she refused, saying she was not the owner, and told me to come back tomorrow. I live in Sacramento. Am I really supposed to drive all the way to Folsom over $10? I want to remind everyone who pays cash at this gas station: always get a receipt before leaving the store. I have experienced a similar situation before, but the Indian woman working at that time was very friendly and refunded the money without even checking the cameras. Perhaps she knew what had happened. Ten dollars is not a large amount of money, but this is a matter of honesty and character. I have donated money to people in need before, but I will never willingly give money to someone who lacks integrity.
