This time through, we were washing our newer Telsa without an issue in the cycle. There was however some issue with the track system we were on, as at one point when we were to turn the vehicle once on the track. We heard a loud thud type sound. As one of our wears actually popped slightly off track and came slamming back down into the system. It was so loud actually that I had to get out after and check our rim to make sure there wasn't any damage.

This is disappointing my fault I should have just done it myself and saved my $89 because I even left a tip. Will never go here again. The detail was a wash and carpet cleaning, light interior wipe down and no seats touched. paid $110 This was steep compared to the place I usually go and get full service for $120, which includes exterior wash, interior thorough cleaning, carpets washed and my leather seats wiped down and treated. I fully regret not going to my usual spot but I wanted to give a local Elk Grove business an opportunity. Went went wrong, the exterior was washed and dried to my expectations but the interior was still not fully cleaned and I had an issue with the carpet smelling even after leaving all my windows down. They were nice enough to have me go back and cleaned it again. There is a miss with the service you get here even though they are busy. I will never go back, there is room for another wash and detail spot in Elk Grove 1,000 %.

After seeing the wash results and no damage to said vehicle, I purchased a membership for my own cars. That being said the value is great if you keep in mind that this is mainly for a soapy rinse with a light scrubbing. The real value comes from the side tire wall lubricant at the end of the wash. EG. I noticed old pigeon feces not entirely being washed off the vehicle. Plus, on truly leaving no water marks after air drying while leaving the facility. This is a time saver for me, kind of costly but if I get my car washed every week. Then not so bad. Better than my usual wait till it rains or planning to wash it only once a month. Do not expect some magic coating that will prevent dust, tree dust, pollen, or feces to magically roll off your vehicle after getting a car wash. Considering my hose water leaves streaks, making me have to towel dry my car after manually washing, I prefer this method now. These types of car washes only work best when you have guaranteed systems in check and place. Just a note, I do not like the membership log in options as I find it always leery to have a hard time cancelling or logging in to an online account. Keeping in this mind, register your car online. If the system is inputted as the wrong car getting washed... guess what's going to scratch your car? Guess who will have to take the hit? With the aforementioned problem, the managers here and or employees are spot on. There used to be an issue where the rear-view mirror was hit too hard and you would have to get out of your car to fix it. Over a course of multiple times going through with the same vehicle, said problem is fixed. This occurred to multiple different vehicles and on both sides of the rear-view mirrors. Understanding the aforementioned problem, you can be glad that employees are being monitored and or trained well. Cause a scratch on your car, just for getting a light rinse. Is a problem. When it matters, strict is good for the sake of other people's property.

I almost waited til I had time to take it out to Roseville Infiniti, where I would need to go for any warranty related service, but I am so glad I came here instead. I do wish that they still offered to vacuum and wash the car for us with our service because I'm 73 this year, and have health issues that makes it very difficult for me. The waiting area is comfortable, and they have a vending machine now, with snacks and special drinks, even though the service does not require a long wait.
