I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. I trusted this company with my vehicle and expected it to be returned in better condition, not with damage and areas that were not properly cleaned. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. All in all, I cannot wait to bring my car in to Tyler in the late spring after the weather is done so I can have him go over the outside. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
